Great product! Coarse texture instead of fine powder.
Great product! Advertised as 1 pound, and I weighed it as 1.1 pounds. Truth be told, I buy this as a treat for my bunny rabbit. I like this brand because it's coarser, not powder like. I will buy this again.

Much better and delicious than coffee❣️
This dandelion root herbal supplement from Bulgaria is organic and is very clean and the best quality. It cost a few dollars more than the Chinese version but well worth it. I roasted a batch on my iron grill pan. I thought I burned it at the end but then thought I would ground it and see what it tastes like just in case it's okay. I did take it out of the oven about three times to turn over and mix them around so they can cook evenly. At the end when I thought it might have burned I immediately put it in a glass dish. Let it cool a little bit. Then I put it in my NutriBullet and blended it into a powder. I put one tablespoon into my coffee filter and brewed it, just like I do with my coffee. It looked like coffee, it tasted like coffee but better! I did put one tablespoon of butter in my first cup. It was so delicious that I ended up having four cups last night. Thankfully it has no caffeine. I'm so excited about it. And I can't wait to have more. It's a must! And it heals your liver and detoxes the liver. Most people are walking around with fatty liver or getting there. This will reverse it.

Tastes like acetone and rotten tea
I've had bagged dandelion root tea from the grocery store, but never lose leaf. I wanted to buy loose leaf in bulk because I wanted to drink more and thought I'd get better quality than what's in the tea bags. This tea was my first attempt and now I'm terrified to buy anymore loose leaf from Amazon because of this. You can't get returns on food items so you're out money when the quality is just awful and even scary. I'm on very limited income so I'm really upset at this. All the positive reviews are either paid reviews or people don't know good quality tea.First, I provided an image to show what I'm comparing this tea to and how I brewed it each attempt. The 1st cup of tea is my normal store bought tea bag tea that's roasted dandelion root. It's strong in color and flavor. It is almost coffee like without being bitter. It is really a good tea and good quality. The 3rd cup of tea in the image is of this brand tea using 1 Tbsp of the loose leaf. It barely changed the water color and I brewed each cup the same amount of time and with the same temperature water. It smells really bad too. Rotten? Chemically? Both? To get this tea to brew that same dark, robust color of my normal tea I had to use 3 Tbsp in that same size cup. But it still smelled horrible and I got to see this weird residue on the top of the surface that isn't as visible when you only brew 1 Tbsp. Now for the taste of both. If you've ever painted your finger nails and used nail polish remover before doing them and accidentally stick your finger to your mouth and get a slight taste of it... Yeah that's what this tastes like. A hint of acetone or some type of chemical that tastes similar to acetone. Also add in notes of marshmallow root that's gone rotten. Marshmallow root has an unusual scent so if you've never smelled it it isn't like sweet marshmallow fluff that I'm talking about. It another scent that isn't exactly pleasant. Which is why I never could drink marshmallow root consistently. So imagine acetone and rotten tea. That's what this tastes like. To validate my taste buds are not off I even had a friend come over and taste with me. She confirmed there was a strong chemical taste. She had never had dandelion root and I brewed her a cup of my normal brand and she loved it. But not this stuff.Buyer beware this is not good quality and potentially life threatening depending on what that chemical taste is that you'll be ingesting by drinking this or any of the other teas here by this brand.
