It taste wonderful, I would be ordering this again

Love this. Tried many mushroom versions but this is the easiest for me. Generally drop it in Iced Coffee or Smoothies.

I love this mushroom complex and add it to my coffee daily as my morning routine I immediately felt the boost of energy and after a few days could tell a huge improvement in my focus and clarity I will add to subscribe and save bc it’s my favorite supplement thus far

I was worried by some of the comments about poor texture & expiration dates. My bottle arrived in excellent condition and an expectation date for the year 2026! I've only taken my first dose today, so I can't speak to the effects, but the flavor is not bad at all. I prefer to drop liquid supplements sublingually (directly under my tongue) where I hold it for a minute or two before swallowing and then taking a drink of water. The flavor to me was as someone else described, kind of caramel-like. I am going to take 1/2 a dropper each morning for the first week, then I will move up to one full dropper per day. In my opinion, this stuff is way too expensive to take up to three full droppers per day as the bottle recommended for maximum dosage.

I got injured by a medication and my speech and memory were effected. Short term use, it started working a little bit after about 3 months and my speech got a little better. After a year my speech got way better and so did my memory. I've been taking for a few years now and although I still stutter when I'm tired, my fog is lifted and it's even helping me get my brain through perimenopause which is no easy task! Highly recommend, but needs time to see real results

I’ve been using MaryRuth’s mushroom supplement for a few months now, and the results have been incredible. I noticed almost immediately how much it improved my focus and mental clarity. Whether I’m working on a project or just managing my daily to-do list, I feel sharper, more productive, and less scattered. Now this is not a miracle and does not compare to ADHD medication I’ve taken in the past but I’m trying to take a natural route to treat the condition. I’ve tried other mushroom supplements before, but none have delivered these kinds of noticeable results. I also question how ‘clean’ the ingredients are. MaryRuth’s clearly puts a lot of thought into their formulations, and you can tell the quality is top-notch. This supplement worked so well for me that I decided to try other MaryRuth’s products, and now I’m a huge fan of the brand. Their vitamins and supplements are effective, clean, and easy to take. It’s rare to find a company that consistently delivers results across the board, but MaryRuth’s has done just that for me. I’ve included a picture of the liquid vitamins I use. I also use the gummies but they weren’t in this mornings pic.

One of my all time favorite supplements. I started my holistic wellness journey a little while back and this is one of the first things I ordered. I put a few drops in my coffee every morning and I feel relaxed and and not as sensitive to the caffeine. I also feel that I sleep better and my immune system has improved while taking these

I tried this on the recommendation of a friend who swore it helped with her chronic dizziness (maybe hers was from some B vitamin deficiency that this complex supplies; I don't know)--what I do know is, the drops did nothing to help mine. I also wish the manufacturer had used something other than nasty-sweet glycerin as a base for these drops. I found the taste of that cloying sweet combined with the more savory taste of mushrooms to be absolutely disgusting. Will not repurchase. UPDATED: All of the above that I wrote is still how I feel about the taste and my experience, but I wanted to add a compliment for the company, who saw this review and contacted me right away. (No pressure to remove the review.) It's rare these days that a company bothers to do this, so that really impresses me!
