Nice quality, very sleek and looks stable and that is why I wanted it! On the down side, the screws show taking away from the beauty and there isn't a place for the electrical cord to be easily inserted once the Echo is put in the stand. It is very hard (if even possible) to plug it in after placed in the stand. Still trying to figure that out. Right now the cord is plugged in and then put into the stand which looks terrible. Maybe it's me just don't know. That is why I gave it a four star rating instead of 5.

This stand makes such a difference in upgrading the styling of the echo first generation. I have 3 2nd gen dots and two 1st gen Echos and the 2nd generation silver. The variety of cases for the dots and the 2nd generation have a look that blends in nicely in my different rooms. In fact, I was looking for a case similar to the dots but nothing popped up. The next day, my browsing history had this recommendation. I took the flyer and for the price and 5 minutes of time to put together, it really upgrades the 1st gen. It has those little screws but the seller even added extra screws as if they know one might drop on the floor. I have a black echo so, I am not sure how nice it might look with the white 1st gen. Maybe they will make a white and silver version.

I am glad I got the Echo Stand. The Echo circumference is not enough and sooner or later it would have tipped over at some time. It's hard to tell from the picture but the black Lexan is highly polished and the whole thing is aesthetically beautiful. The investment of the Amazon Echo warrants the insurance of the stand so the Amazon Echo does not tip over. I highly recommend it. I didn't even set up the Echo till my stand came in. I ordered it after the fact and was on the fence about getting it. After I saw the Echo I knew I had to have it.Solid and very well made. This is a company who cares about their workmanship. I am going to check out the company who makes it to see if they have any more Echo goodies because I have an Echo Dot ( aka- my talking hockey puck ) in the bedroom to wake my up and check on the weather and traffic when lying in bed.

Good, heavy and sturdy. Exactly what I had hoped for. The Echo is on the floor of my den and our cat seems very curious about it. I don't worry about him knocking it over anymore.I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rings are black instead of the silver shown in the picture as it matches the color of my Echo. The vertical bars ARE silver and provide a nice contrast.It came completely assembled and the only issue was running the power cord through the bottom ring. You have to unplug the cord from the Echo, feed it through the opening and then plug it back in.My hands are on the borderline of medium and large ( at least that's what I find when I buy gloves.) and I had to have my wife plug it back in for me. My hands are just too large to do that easily although I could probably do it if I had more patience.All considered it is perfect for my needs - highly recommended.

Very nice case for the Echo! I would have given it 5 stars, but my wife was disappointed she could not use her regular Echo case and get it to fit in the stand. I understand the design and the relatively snug fit of the Echo in the stand...as long as you don't use a "case", the stand fits well, is stable and well made. But, it would be nice to see a design like this that also allowed customers who want to "customize" the color of their Echo with a case to fit the "encased" Echo in a stable "Stand" like this one...

The top acrylic circle was broken in half. It will not hold the Echo if you have the additional external battery base. Amazon readily refunded my money upon return of the item.

I was actually kind of amazed at how nice this stand was. Very solid and very good looking. Took me awhile to figure out how to fun the power cord to the Echo, but I worked it out in the end. I won't worry anymore about a clumsy move knocking the Echo over. I"m very happy I bought this and highly recommend it. The only thing I would change is to make the base a bit thicker so a tunnel could be routed into the bottom to accommodate the power cord and still let the stand sit flat.

Stand works well. It seems to improve the base coming out of unit soundwise. Had to string the wire for power through the botton section of the unit then set it in the unit was the only issue. Once that was done it was set.
