Was attempting to travel with my cat, on the train platform I opened the top to settle her, she lept out and the strap came away completely. This was the third use but the only time I’d opened the hatch, which i thought that as she’s connected to the bag couldn’t go that wrong. How wrong I was. This will give me nightmares for the next few months. Don’t trust the safety cord.

I bought it because I cannot carry my 5kg cat in a typical carrier. Bingo! It's really comfy and reliable for vet visits if you have to walk.

My cat hated the cat carrier so decided to get the rucksack as an alternative as she's anxious. Was perfect as not too big so she felt safe but could still see out but curl up in the base plus I could partially unzip the top and put my arm in to stroke.I walked the long way back from the carpark home with her on my back and was quite happy in it,shoulder straps are comfy once sorted although wearing something thick under them was better.

This cat carrier is brilliant! I bought it to take my cat a short distance to the vet because I find usual carriers uncomfortable to carry. She’s a big cat and weighs just over 5kg but it carries her weight well, and there’s just enough room for her to lie down/curl up. As both ends unzip and there’s a little door at the front it makes coaxing a reluctant kitty out onto the vet table much easier! It’s strong and sturdy with padded shoulder straps and a chest strap, so it’s really comfortable to carry. The vet was really impressed too!

I was really impressed with this carrier. I carried my medium sized cat to the vet on my back - walking about a mile, and she was calm and comfortable. I think she likes the enclosed feeling as she hopped straight back in on the way back. Feels robust. Bottom part can be removed for washing. Overall I really like it.

Our 6 year old very small dog had her knee ligament repaired but it did not go to plan and she is having to learn to walk again. This carrier gives us the freedom to take her everywhere, where the pet stroller would not go. Sturdy and roomy for a very small dog, I would recommend this to anyone. ver very good

Seems very well made and there is leash holder inside for small dogs. I have had to use it yet but the design suggests a much more efficient mode of transport for cats than the conventional one handle carrier. An inspired idea.

I used this item for my dog for when it was too hot when using the babies buggy, although she was a bit scared, I did not need to put it on my shoulders as a rucksack I fastened it over the handles of the buggy so I could stroke her , she was only in it for a short time though. I feel it would be stronger if it did not have the zip around the bottom as all the weight is resting on that area .
