Wow, I can tell a difference already
I’ve had some experience using flower essences from other brands, but this is my first time with Bach. This was the first time that I felt a definite and significant change within myself from using a flower essence! I got Walnut for various reasons and already I started proactively doing things differently within the first 48 hours. I had a baby 2 years ago and have been on a roller coastal healing journey with my body and emotions. And the Walnut was indicated. In the past week I did things that I normally would not have been motivated to do, so I am so happy about that! I’m going to use it to help me and baby wean from breastfeeding too.

Love these, I was thinking they were very expensive when I purchased the, but did so anyhow. Now that I have been using them for several months, I realize they will last for at least a year, so that makes them very reasonable.

Magical thinking is better than negative thinking
Has a nice taste. If you believe in fairies, you will definitely get a lot of benefit from these essences. I sort of believe in fairies. So..I do believe these treatments have a subtle value and in times of crisis anything that helps, helps. I bought this one for a child in Middle School.

Bach Rocks!
No more said. These little tinctures do the trick for whatever ails you. I like to mix Walnut, Honeysuckle, and White Chestnut for a good way to move past annoying 'movies' that play in your mind over things you really shouldn't think about any longer, i.e. from break ups and some hang ups at work to simply getting cut off on the highway. This doesn't make you want to shirk responsibility, just helps relieve that annoying 'movie' so you don't harp on it over and over again.
