Good rope, don't get me wrong-- but this is hemp, not jute. I realise that probably doesn't matter to most, but it does to me, and this was clearly advertised in several spots as natural jute rope.Also, the spool is 115 feet, not 119 as advertised. Again, not really a big deal in the practical sense, but inaccurate advertisements aggravate me.Still, the rope is 4mm thick as ordered and appears to be as resilient as one would expect hemp rope to be. If that's what I had ordered, I'd give it 5 stars.

I received this 3 days ago, have left it out to air, and it still has a strong odor that is exactly like gasoline. There is no way I am going to trust this product with my cats. Cats groom themselves, having them scratch a post wrapped in this stuff is sure to be a health hazard for them. It's going back.

I ordered this to use for my large wood bead garland that I made. It’s great jute! Extremely sturdy and well made! The wood beads, 2 different sizes from Woodpeckers on Amazon ( a great product) had larger drilled holes that I used and this fit perfectly! I just wrapped the end of jute with scotch tape ( otherwise it would’ve frayed and been very frustrating to try and get the jute through the beads) and attached a small safety pin to the taped end to help guide it through the holes in the beads. It was so easy! I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this again!

I’ve ordered this product 6 times. Great twine rope, was continuing to by continuously for my art projects as it was great thickness, durability and quality. But today I received this tiny rope that has a slight sheen to it and the width is half the size. I have a picture of the rope on the left that I usually receive versus on the right what I received today. Returning asap. Just because you slap the same label stick on it doesn’t make it the same product. Bring back the other twine which is what is advertised.Edit: wrong item sent again. Such a shame.

Needs ALOT of conditioning for any kind of playtime use!
