Extreme fast delivery. Very easy assembly. Firm but very comfortable. The back is a bit short but it works for my family. The couch is low but we like it very much. I wish the chaises were a bit longer but I still love the sectional as a whole! I’ll be back with another update in a few months...

For the size of the couch you’re gettting and the price it isn’t bad. The cushions are more of the stiffer side than a nice sinking in couch but is nice overall. Very low back support not as tall as I would like it to be when laying down or sitting on it, reaches probably mid back and with how the cushions are as well your not sinking into the couch. And after 3 years of owning the couch the cushions do form to a shape after sitting in specific spots and laying on them after a while and will not fluff out. Also if not sitting directly on top of cushion and offset to be in between them or on two at once if that makes sense they will dip and the couch will look like it has waves and if trying to sit in middle of cushion will roll into that dip it made. Overall quality is good fabric is soft it has not tore or broke a leg when moving and through use.

This couch is very light and flimsy. It has not "fallen apart" after use but it moves around very easily due to how light it is, its basically a hollow box with a cushion on it and a pretty short back. The back cushions do not stay in place and slide around revealing the different colored lining behind it which i think makes it look cheap. The seat cushions don't stay in place either, has only one strip of velcro. Overall I think this couch is not terrible depending on the usage but it is definitely way over priced, especially considering the custom work i will have to do like adding more velcro and possibly color matching the lining so its not so noticeable.

Just put the couch together today, so can’t speak to the durability, but it’s a pretty nice couch. Some of the assembly did not go as planned. A few of the bolts would not stay in so the back seems a little unsteady. The Grey color is not a true grey. It looks blue. A little disappointed about the color.

This is not a proper sectional. It is so small. On top of that, it doesn't hook together like it should, so it's really uncomfortable to sit on. It actually hurt my back to sit on bc it has you sitting at an angle. I do like the material and the cushions themselves have the potential to be comfy if it had a better foundation. The material wipes clean really easily. Waste of $ and resources to make a couch like this. And some of these are not cheap. The chaise is so short, cuts off at midcalf. The back of the couch cuts off at upper back. I'm not even tall, only 5'8. So if you're smaller than like 5'6 maybe but it doesn't even connect like it should, so I wouldn't. Just horrible over all. Nice long couch, only issue is that the back support cushions are to small. You need to buy extra couch pillows to be comfortable

If you purchase this you can return it but you must save your boxes it came in to send back. Even if you try to cancel your order they wont let you, you must wait until it is delivered then send it back. I even purchased the warranty and still have not received any email from Allstate. Not very sturdy the side arms zip on and are very flimsy. It is very short. I wish I would of saved my boxes.
