I used a pram and put this over for extra warmth and my baby was very warm and so was I. It also provides protection from the wind. I'm not sure about 5F because I usually only took the baby out if it was 20F or warmer. **Q: does it fit over a tula?** A: Yes it does. It has pockets in the front for you to put your hands as well keys or anything similar. I love it and my little guy does as well. It can over a stroller, a tula and even a car seat if needed (we have a separate one for that but we've used it like that before as well) :) **Q: Has anyone successfully used it in a back carry position?** A: Yes I have, this is a great cover! **Q: In one picture (with the guy) the hood is white, the other (the one with the female) it's black. can anyone tell me the actual color of it? thank you** A: For mine- It's white on the inside, black on the outside. The male picture is when they are facing forward and the hood is turned inside out ## Frequently Bought Together - Jolly Jumper Snuggle Cover for Soft Baby Carriers, Black - Fleece Baby Bunting Bodysuit – Infant One Piece Kids Hooded Romper Outerwear Toddler Jacket --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/314471988-jolly-jumper-snuggle-cover-for-soft-baby-carriers-black](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/314471988-jolly-jumper-snuggle-cover-for-soft-baby-carriers-black) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
