This works very well. I am surprised that the hamburger doesn't stick.Usually I use a press, and line them up on parchment paper--top and bottom, then cut out 5 or 6 of them and place them in a gallon freezer bag to freeze. This isn't the best way, but it's been working for us, it seems like the press makes the hamburgers way too big. This makes them more manageable and easier to cook. They still fit perfectly in a hamburger bun, I'm happy.I may have to purchase a few more of these and stack them in the freezer. 7 hamburgers is not much.I received this at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

The Burgers Life silicone press seemed like it would be a time saver and easy to use. The instructions aren't very specific, just stating "Fill bottom tray, do not overfill". There are no indications or "fill to here" lines. If you fill the bottom tray too full, it creates air bubbles that prevent you from completely pressing the top lid down, and the filling will spill out everywhere. The burgers are thick and hexagon shaped, but small. They cook up on the grill just fine, but are a little small for a standard hamburger bun. Also it is a little annoying that there are only 7 patties - where hamburger buns come in packs of 8. If you are someone who likes to prep a lot of food this would be an awesome addition to your kitchen for making and freezing hamburger patties ahead of time. We have only used this once so far (have had it less than 1 week) and made hamburger patties. I am looking forward to trying out the Burger Life press on various other ingredients - maybe with making veggie burgers, or stuffed burgers, or pre-made eggs for breakfast sandwiches, little pies....A big plus is how easy it was to clean. The Burgers Life Silicone burger press is a fast way to assemble and freeze food patties. You don't need paper dividers or a tray to freeze them because you can fit them into the mold, place the lid on, and it contains them and keeps them level. It makes a patty the size of a standard hamburger bun. The tray will make 7 hexagon patties which look more round when they are finished. I've been eating vegetarian lately and I made spinach patties. They have a very similar texture to a beef burger. There may be others that resemble beef better, but I like spinach. When you add all the fixings, it's just about the same. I put the frozen patties in a ziploc bag to have one whenever I get a burger craving.I think this would make beef or turkey burgers just as well, maybe even salmon patties. It makes it so easy and the bpa free silicone is a dream to clean and use.Highly recommended. They sure are making things easier in the kitchen these days! Wow! I've been wanting one of these for some time since the days of tupperware hamburger stack presses were a hot item to have in your kitchen. The burgers do not stick to the side when frozen.The flexibility of the material makes for easy use. The size of the burgers fit standard grocer buns. It's sturdy with thick dividing walls, dishwasher safe to wash, freezable up to artic temps and best of all made with non toxic material being BPA free! I haven't tried putting it in the oven but it does state it is oven safe for baking your burgers. I could see this also working for cooking eggs too. Overall I would recommend this product to anyone and as a disclosure I did receive this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review. I purchased this to help make my ground chicken turkey burgers. Unlike ground beef, ground chicken and turkey doesn't stick together without being chilled for a few hours. This make it easy, you mix your burger mix together then pour and spread into the mold and straight into the fridge for about 30 minutes to an hour. It was great, once I took them out, they popped out with no issues. Easy to clean and small enough to store in cabinet. I will def keep using this for my burgers.
