Five stars! I will definitely not let myself run out of these. Relaxes me and helps me fall asleep, without the grogginess the next morning.

Of all of the magnesium products out there this one has the best combination and mixtures of magnesium. I take it at night before I go to bed. It does help me sleep. I’ve ordered this a number of times and will continue to use it.

I take one at night before bed and I have not had restless leg syndrome or aching legs while sleeping. I sleep much better and wake up more rested since I’ve been taking this product. This is my third order and it will probably be something I continue to order regularly. For someone that dealt with RLS for a long time, this has been a game changer for me. I also found on Amazon a magnesium cream with lavender and I have been rubbing that into the bottom of my feet after especially long days and it works great.

Good product. I love that it has 7 Magnesiums. I am on weight loss meds and this is a must have vitamin. Magnesium Not too expensive and good to keep on hand. Works great for constipation.

They work for me! I’ve purchased them several times. I take these primarily for migraines (my doctors recommended magnesium) and they seem to take the edge off a bit. They are a repeat tool in my migraine kit. I take them in the evening and they seem to help me relax for sleep, too. Something about this particular magnesium blend helps me. The ONLY reason for four stars (instead of five) is I wish they were about $10 less per bottle…but they work better for me than any other magnesium I’ve tried…. So I’m a repeat buyer.

The reason we buy this is because of the 7 forms of magnesium, which is good for your system. The price is a little high, but we think it's worth it.

Items were well packed & arrived on time! Expiry date of items is in June 2026 which is alrite but would be better with a later expiry date. Price of item would be more attractive if can be made lower. Overall, I would give a 4-star rating!
