Review: Perfect size, did a good job. - This was my first time making steamed püto so don’t judge me if it looks a lil weird lol. But it did good job. I love that it comes with a good amount of them too, although a bit pricey. All in all it did a great job but i definitely think we could get the same thing somewhere else for cheaper but i used desertcart bc of fast delivery and i’ve been dying to make some for over a week now and it turned out yummy. :)

**Q: is there a need to grease these molds before steaming?**
A: Just dampen a paper towel with oil and grease the inner bottom of the mold cups.

**Q: Is this only for steaming method?**
A: Most likely . If the quality of plastic is not durable , I guess it is disaster to use it in baking . But never use it yet in baking tho, only steaming .

**Q: Are these mold only good for steaming method?**
A: I only use them to steam prep dough in making puto and kutsinta. I hope this helps you.

**Q: Is this dishwasher safe? The product description says both yes and no.**
A: It seems not for dishwashing type of plastic ( silicone ) but it can be ok depending on what set up your dishwasher has. Too high heat can deform the plastic . It’s a cheaper brand .

Made my first batch of Pichi Pichi. Came out a little soggy. Need to reduce the water next time and not turn the heat up so high. The ones that did firm up some slid right out. Just remember, there are 36, so there’s a lot of cleaning involved. These did work fantastic.
