As a cleaner, it does a great job breaking down carbon buildup, powder residue, and grime, even in harder-to-reach areas like inside the slide or chamber. It softens up gunk quickly and wipes away clean without requiring too much scrubbing. That alone would make it worth the price. As a lubricant, it provides just the right amount of slickness to keep parts moving smoothly. I’ve used it on everything from semi-auto pistols to shotguns and ARs, and it has consistently helped reduce friction and wear on contact points. This Mossy Oak CLP gun oil may be designed for real firearms, but for someone like myself who also owns gas blowback airsoft guns particularly SMGs and rifles, this oil works perfectly for it. It lubricates the critical sliding and moving parts very well, leaving a slick and smooth finish, and also helps clean off the dirt and debris that accumulates inside the gun while also protecting it from corrosion. This lubricates way better than silicone oil made for airsoft guns and lasts much longer. Now with all that being said, I would only recommend this for the metal parts of the gas blowback airsoft gun, and use regular silicone oil for the plastic parts, which in most full metal GBBRs nowadays is just the nozzle loading assembly. But for everything else, this gun oil works flawlessly. For $15 bucks you get a good value for the money with both a spray and a oil needler bottle that lubricates the hard to reach areas. It also has a distinct pine minty smell which smells nice so it won't make you feel light headed over time, though I would still recommend cleaning in a well ventilated area. All in all, highly recommend for both real firearms and for gas blowback airsoft guns.

I’m new to firearms and was looking for a solid CLP cleaner. I came across Mossy Oak CLP and decided to give it a try after finding multiple brands and reading some reviews. So far, I’m very happy with it! It leaves it clean and properly lubricated without any weird or overpowering smells. It’s for sure great quality lube, Both the spray bottle and needle applicator are great to have especially for reaching tight or hard-to-reach areas.

5 stars This CLP works great. It cleans well, leaves the moving parts feeling smooth, and a little goes a long way. I like having a cleaner, lubricant, and protectant in one bottle. It’s held up well over time, and at an excellent price. I’d buy it again.

Works with my dads cleaning kit

The Mossy Oak gun cleaner works well and gets the job done. It cleans away carbon and fouling without much effort, and the CLP leaves a light protective coating afterward. It’s easy to use, reasonably priced, and a solid option for routine firearm maintenance. Overall, a good product that I’d buy again.

Works well and goes a long way. Bought a 70-year-old rifle, took it apart, and used this CLP to clean and lube everything. With some scrubbing it took the surface rust off easily and is great at keeping a thin, protective film after reassembly. Works similar to what I used in the military for my C7. And it smells good also and cleans up easily.
