Very Durable, Fun, and the support team is awesome!
The media could not be loaded. Not sure why there is so much complaining on this. First off, I had an issue with the negative pressure on both air springs. I sent an email about the issue to their support team, submitted a video and they sent two new air springs with priority mail. Also, while learning the device I did drop it, of course, and a small screw bracket on the right leg panel broke. Told support and they sent me two replacement panels even though I only needed one. I appreciate the backup! So, support has been nothing but great for me. I did think they may of ignored me the first couple days but noticed their mail got caught in my spam folder. Last thing I have to say, I have recently fell off the device going about 24-25 mph. The EUC hit the ground, slung across the road and into the dirt. I thought at that moment the EUC was done for. I was astonished that I picked it up, it balanced itself, I checked the calibration with no issue, jumped on and rode off like nothing happened. Pretty durable in my experience! Great product, I do not regret it a bit. Also, the people complaining about the pitch leaning forward or back, there is a setting in the inmotion app or you can use EUC World app to calibrate it properly. Secondly, every tech device you buy, I guarantee you have to, or you should, update drivers out of the box. If you have a device that doesn't require updates out the box, then you are receiving a product that the company does not have continued support for, or cares.

A Great Ride- Until it Dies
My original review is below, as everything I said about the ride quality and my experience of the V11 still holds true. However, I feel obligated to amend my review with a warning for new buyers. The V11 has a long-term reliability problem that has struck me twice now, and if you look around online has been striking dozens of other riders. After ~6-8mo, the left and right battery packs can start to differ in voltage, which leads to a vague "abnormal condition" error in the app. At this point, the wheel will turn on but refuse to balance, turning it effectively into a paperweight or oversized flashlight. This battery error occurs despite inmotion advertising the V11 with an intelligent BMS with capacity equalisation features. The first time this happened to me, I thought it was a fluke, and support took care of me (After waiting weeks to hear back) by replacing the wheel. I'm now on my second failure, this wheel lasted less than 8mo, but just long enough to put me outside of the original warranty period.I wish I could say better things about this product- I loved my wheel and how agile it was to ride while I had it, but after 2 repeated battery failures in approximately 1yr I have started to have serious doubts about the quality and reliability of Inmotion's products, and cannot in good faith recommend this wheel to a new rider.___In my opinion this is the best beginner wheel on the market for a new EUC rider. Inmotion has the best design and quality control of any of the major manufactures, and the speed and range of this wheel is plenty for cruising and commuting. It's also incredibly durable, I take my wheel through hard terrain and trails and it's survived a few spills. The suspension has also saved me from crashes many times by softening unexpected potholes or bad sidewalk. I have no regrets with this being my first EUC.I had one software issue recently after over 1800mi of riding and the support has been prompt and incredibly generous. I would absolutely recommend this wheel to a new rider, or someone looking to upgrade from a smaller low range wheel like a V8.

So far doing great!
I wish the protective parts were metal or carbon instead of plastic but otherwise its been performing great. I wasn't able to pressurize the top part cuz the air seemed to just leak out once I took of the hose but it doesn't seem to matter. With the exception of almost going head first into what appeared to be a rattle snake cuz I almost panic while trying to remain balanced, I've enjoyed the whole experience. Learning was harder than expected but I just kept giving my body a practice days and gradually it leaned that balancing is in the hip turns and its more like a satellite in that you balance by continually falling in the direction you loose balance at by rotating your hips...not like a skateboard.Anyways, I'm very pleased with the product.P.S. remember to put the kickstand up. You can ride with it down and hardly notice and its easy to forget so before going on a major adventure, check it.

Extremely fun with a bit of dedication
The media could not be loaded. Effortless freedom and power. With 0 unicycle experience I was a bit hesitant to commit to my first wheel with $2k+. But after 3 weeks or so with about an hour of practice every couple of days, I started to feel confident enough to ride it out on the streets of Los Angeles. I’ve clocked over 200 miles at this point and it now feels like an extension of my body. It is such a fun way to get around my city, efficient, and I even beat traffic sometimes depending on my route. I don’t regret it at all.The only reason this is a four star review is because I was sent a model with a dysfunctional power button. When the wheel turns on, I have no problems. The only issue is that about half of the time I need to find the “sweet spot” for the power button and press and hold it several times before I can get it to turn on. Some of the time it works perfectly, but the other times I’m left wondering how many tries it will take to get it to turn on.Other than that, I love it. I was worried about a flimsy build from other reviews, but in my personal experience I’ve dropped this thing so many times, even ran it into a wall once or twice, and besides some minor scratches, it really held up.I love this wheel and I’m excited to take it everywhere. If you have enough persistence to learn (you’ll have to practice for at least a month), it can open so many doors for you.
