Bella Terra Oils Jojoba Oil. 4 oz. 100% Pure Cold-pressed Unrefined Organic Lightweight Natural Moisturizer for Skin Hair

I've been purchasing Bella Terra Oils for several years. This is a very high quality premium oil that I use for a variety of purposes. I have found other brands to be inferior. The primary reason is shelf-life. I've purchased brands that went stale anywhere between 3-6 months. I purchased a 4 oz bottle of Bella Terra oils in Nov of 2021 and the remainder is still fresh as of April 22, 2023. I purchased an 8 oz bottle in Feb as there was a good discount for the larger size and I am confident that it will remain fresh and last the duration. I will continue to buy this brand.

I added a few drops of my La Vie Est Belle perfume, and the result is Heavenly! Any scent or essential oil can be added to this. If available, I will add it to my subscription deliveries.

My bottle arrived very quickly from the company and was so beautifully wrapped, nothing leaked or broke. I admit that I specifically looked for the lowest priced ($5.99 on sale when I bought it), unadulterated jojoba oil in a dark glass dropper bottle. I want to treat my nails and fingers and I've learned that this oil will penetrate right down into the nail layers and skin (even going through while wearing nail polish). What I didn't want was additional oils that could possibly trigger my allergies, jack up the price, or add a scent that might trigger my migraines. I bought several different types of empty, pen-type containers to experiment using with the oil to act as a convenient, take-along manicure pen. I bought the following applicators to test with the oil: a roller ball topped glass vial; an empty lip gloss pen with a brush tip; an empty lip gloss container with a doe-foot wand applicator and another that's crank-up with a sponge-like tip; an empty bottle with a typical nail polish brush in top; a refillable felt tip pen such as those used for nail polish touch-ups. I am currently growing my nails and using gel polish to protect them. I find thus far, this oil absorbs quickly and has a light, dry feel, not a thick, greasy feel. My nails grow fast, but I get little snags on an edge until I have to shorten the nail. I want them all the same length. I also want my surrounding skin (eponychium) to stop splitting and getting ragged, something that has plagued me my entire life. Since this was such a good price for a large amount, I am going to use it liberally and put it all over my hands, too. I am storing it in a cool, dark place and I hope decanting into the other containers will help preserve the main bottle from the repetitive air and light exposure if I used directly from the dropper several times a day. I don't detect a smell unless I use a lot at once (e.g. all over both hands) and rub it in so it warms quite a bit, then I do smell it. It's not an unpleasant smell, nor does it linger, but it is then noticeable to me. UPDATE: My nails have grown out and are flexible so I can leave them bare as I have for the last 3 months. My eponychium are no longer ragged and sore and I have not had any negative reactions to this oil. By the way, all the applicators worked well to apply the oil to my nail areas, except for the felt tip pen, plus it leaked. The roller ball was the most convenient without having to worry about spills, but I prefer the sponge tips because they easily help massage the oil into the skin and nail. As for the included bottle dropper, I agree with another reviewer that is a little "loose". However, I decanted into those other applicators, I mentioned, so I didn't mind given the overall bargain (you could buy and use a different dropper if you needed). Even at the current price, this is a terrific deal for the quality and I recommend it, and the brand, without hesitation!

Okay, so I originally did the test to see if this was truly unrefined jojoba oil. The test is to put it in the fridge for a little while and if it solidifies, then it is truly unrefined. So I left this jojoba oil in the fridge for a week and you can see by the first image that it did NOT come close to solidifying. You can also see that my Acne.org jojoba oil solidified after being in the fridge for an hour! So I was upset that I had been deceived by the company. Well, before I was going to return it, I decided to try it. So I put some on my face and then did the same thing the next day. And here is what I found out. That pure jojoba oil from Acne.org? Well that stuff results in my skin breaking out (i.e., acne). This jojoba oil did not result in me breaking out at all! I have actually seen many other people indicate that Acne.org's jojoba oil resulted in them breaking out so it must have something to do with the refining process that removes whatever clogs my pores! I will definitely continue to use this oil because even my doctor indicated that my skin was looking great!

This is my first purchase of jojoba oil, and while I've no other brands with which to compare it, this oil is doing just what I had hoped it would do. My nails were strong when I was young, but now that I'm older, the tips peel horribly. I couldn't understand why it was happening until I read an online suggestion that my nails were too dry. The source recommended rubbing jojoba oil into the nails and nail beds. It seems to work! The nail tips are still shredded, but I can see that the new nail growth is shiny and healthy. The nail on my small finger already looks normal and is incredibly strong. The oil is greasy, of course, but the high-quality dropper allows precise placement of every drop. However, it's remarkable how completely the oil is absorbed after a few minutes. I can actually put on nail polish a little later. I don't notice that the oil has any real odor, certainly nothing offensive. And the bottle is a generous size. This will last awhile. I'm very pleased.

I wanted a face moisturizer that didn't cause me break outs, or add pimples since o have oily t_zone but dry cheeks. I wanted something natural yet can control oil production on my face so I search and read many amazon reviews and heard nothing but positive things about the benefits of this oil. I swear I swear this everyday and. Night and at first it looks oily then it absorbs right into the skin and when I wake up in the morning my face is oil free yet it's feel soft, supple and moisturizer. You will not regret buying this product it's scent free and very light weight you won't feel it it's like having nothing on your face.months later i have the utmost confidence in bella terra oils. i have recently ordered their rosewater, and i have to tell you its all natural, and moisturize my face so well, its the only thing i use on my face in this hot summer months and the scent is refreshing and very much like a rose.
