If you trust food products supplied from China, this bee pollen will suit you. The packing confirms in small print it comes from China and I never would have bought it if I had noticed that in the pictures. The granules were obviously old and hard as a rock with little to no solubility even in hot water, and it had a consistent taste that was bland and flavorless. I question what I received as it apparently wasn't anything like the USA bee pollen granules I've been taking for most of my life. I threw it in the trash.

You gotta love anything that comes from nature anything from a B is well natural no chemicals, pure be therapy

Eating it raw not so nice, best to mix with other things like shake etc, can be soaked in water and drink, no side effects, i like it.

Allot of product for the money - however compared to others its incredibly dry and not so fresh.
