I was so excited at how cute this shoe is, but was really skeptical it would be comfortable enough for all day wear. Thankfully it went all day without any blisters or sore feet. I don't have patience for shoes that need "breaking in" or make me sorry I bought them, so I'm really happy to report for me, these shoes worked out perfectly. They are a great shoe for warm weather when you want something a little more dressy than a sandal. They look great with capris. Bought two pairs of them and would have bought more except the only problem is the material in the toe is hard that when your foot slides forward it hurts the big toe. Not painful - but a little uncomfortable. Not good for a lot of walking. If not for that they would be extremely comfortable and I probably would have bought them in every color. Also the material rubs the ground so they will wear out fast. Over the years, I've bought the same shoe and in different colors. I always get compliments on these shoes. Repeat customer on various Lauren Ralph Lauren shoes, especially this one. I reordered the black one again as my current one is getting worn out. My only issue with this last reorder when it arrived, was that on the right shoe, the ankle strap did not hug my ankle. It was way too loose. I could stick my index finger in the gap between the strap and my ankle without any problem. I thought about sewing the strap myself to shorten it. I thought about returning them, but didn't want to go through the hassle. At the end, I thought as long as my foot didn't fall out of the shoe I as ok. Disappointed with the manufacturing issue on the ankle strap, but the rest of the shoe fit great.
