We love the fact that the drain matches the sink. The truffle color looks so much better than a stainless one with the truffle quartz sink. It fits perfectly and is very durable. Super happy with the results and glad the company makes matching items to enrich the look of the home for reasonable prices.

I love the blanco products this basket waste drain is a wonderful design I was so impressed with the design very easy install. It has its own gasket all I needed was plumbers putty I also purchased the blanco double bowl sink which is beautiful in the review on the sink I said I used a moen faucet I was wrong I used a delta faucet to replace a moen the moen faucet lasted for 13 years it was a good one I went with delta because of the reviews, this basket waste drain is not made of metal but is very sturdy im am so pleased with my new diy project. Customer service is awesome I had a question about the drain and the lady was going to send a new basket drain without question there was nothing with it it was an error on my part I corrected the problem I created and the drain is perfect but I was so glad to not have to haggle and argue nor be treated rude she helped me without making me feel stupid and for that I thank her very much. I do most all my remodeling but there is so many new products put together in an easier way than I’m sometimes used to it was a pleasure talking with her and I appreciated her help she was very knowledgeable. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience.

Very nice strainer and great compliment to the Blanco sink. Have to admit we were apprehensive at first. But we quickly determined that many of the reviews saying this won't fit are simply puzzling. It's not meant to replace the metal strainer to the sink but be a complement to the same. It slips in and locks into place just fine. We've had ours installed now for over six months - did it ourselves - not with some plumber that is supposed to know how this works but can't figure it out - with absolutely no problems. One slight issue is this replaces the original split rubber drain cover with one that comes with this kit. The latter is not as secure and can easily slip out of place. Not a major issue and I suppose if we wanted to silicone it in place that would work but just haven't taken the time. It’s not that big of an issue. As long as you don't mess with it, it stays in place just fine. Anyhow, we recommend this with the purchase of the Blanco Anthracite sink. It really is a nice look and worth the money.

This is a sturdy composite plastic or nylon strainer that color matches the anthracite sink well. Unfortunately, initially the placement revealed it was 2mm above the sink level, 1mm with the washer removed. I used a Dremel to create a bevel on the strainer edge to match the sink bevel then used black silicone as a caulk, as the usual grey caulk looked bad. I did not have to do this on the smaller side of the sink and I wonder if it was made for the small side and the disposal was supposed to be on the large basin. Even with this effort, pic shows some water sits to evaporate but much better than it would have been. Other than this, install was easy. Would buy again.

This is the best strainer basket I have installed and used. I like the all rubber (no putty) seals. Very clean. This made installation a breeze. Simply place metal strainer, with thin rubber seal, into sink and then plastic strainer basket under sink with thick rubber gasket. Center screw type connector is great for ease of tighten lower basket to upper strainer basket. This hole-type screw also serves for the easy push in strainer/sink seal. Simply lift up to drain.You may think the lower basket being plastic is a negative but, this is actually a positive. It is made of heavy duty PVC which conforms to even commercial installations. Besides, it may (probably will) last longer than metal since it will not corrode from most cleaning elements and minerals in water.Note: This is a polished (shiny) stainless steel strainer basket.
