Review: My Journey: Quick Turnaround / Very Little if Any Discomfort - Well that was interesting! About me: healthy male, late 30s. I suffer from some bloating, and I have never done a parasite cleanse in this way before. I followed a simple protocol of Day 1, 1 drop of the tincture in a 1/2 cup glass of water. Then Day 2, 2 drops, Day 3, 3 drops, up until Day 6 where I have 2 tsps and then nothing. At the end of day 1, I had a bowel movement, I flushed without bothering to look, and I could've sworn I saw something anomalous out of the corner of my eye in the toilet. The best way I can describe it is: it appeared like a shaving (long ways) of a garlic clove in my stool. It flushed far too quickly though. So next day I made a mental to look around my stool a bit. Sure enough in the morning after taking my Day 2 dosage, I saw in my stool this garlic clove shaving. It turns out it wasn't garlic of course, but a dead, liver fluke worm. I had another bowel movement later in the day and I saw 2-3 more of the guy. You have to poke around a bit to see what's in your stool. Out of the three things I have taken (Wormwood, this, and Cloves) THIS product worked quickest but not in a laxative sort of way. I was concerned I would have to rush to the toilet when taking this. It's pretty calm for me and I was able to do my usual routine involving weight lifting, running errands, cardio. At its worst, there was a slight pang of stomach discomfort, but it didn't dramatically impact my days. All human beings have parasites to a degree. This is my 2nd bottle and it works very will in combination with my Wormwood tincture, and clove oil by Gya Labs 4-5 drops. I take all these drops together in small amount of water on an empty stomach maybe 30 min before food (I drop it right in my mouth full of water) m, then I drink a little more water. This combination kills all three stages of the parasites over several weeks if taken consistently; the adults, large, and eggs. I actually take add a bit more of the products than suggested, and I also add a Cascara Sagrada alcohol tincture by Secret’s Of The Tribe, to give the bowels that extra stimulation to move these things out efficiently. (Don’t over do this one, lol). You’ll need this. Also, if you're not getting enough results with the tinctures only, a few times a week I like to add about 2 Wormwood Combination by Kroeger Herb and a one of Dr. Clarks Green Black Walnut Blend pill along with the tinctures. If your system is sensitive you may not want to add the pills. Also try to take the tinctures early in the day if possible especially if you're taking the pills with the tinctures or you might be up and down throughout the night to the bathroom. For me, taking the tinctures only, I do well taking them once early in the day and once at night. Most parasites are more active at night. Taking them early on an empty stomach before food is very good as well or between meals. Personally I haven’t done 3 doses per day because I find 2 to be very effective. You’ll have to find your own sweet spot but unfortunately, that requires a bit of trial and error. Be patient with your results as you learn what works best for your body.
