What is the definition of 'therapeutic grade'?

'therapeutic grade' means that an essential oil has been carefully distilled to retain the maximum amount of constituents that have therapeutic effects. There is no 'official' meaning of 'therapeutic grade', as there is no agency that oversees the quality of essential oils in the United States. However, 'therapeutic grade' is recognized as a standard that should be upheld by the essential oil industry to ensure you get the maximum benefits possible from the oils you purchase. We believe this is of the utmost importance in selecting oils.

How's the shelf life? How do I know if it goes bad?

I can't scientifically tell you about shelf life. In my own experience I've had bottles last well over a year. This oil is highly effective and a little goes a long way, it does have a strong scent, you might want to base it's efficacy on the fact the scent is still strong. I use it on scrapes, cuts, psoriasis patches, etc. basically any skin issue. Best oil I've ever used for these purposes.

Is this good for removing skin tags?

I do not know if this brand is. Undiluted it can dry skin tags up & they will fall off. You must use consistently & daily. Works the same for warts.
