I’ve had a good experience with this inositol supplement so far. The capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle lasts a long time. I have been using this product for over a year. It is great for a supplement to help me maintain healthy blood sugar levels. It also seems to help a lot with the brain fog and fatigue I used to feel every morning. It has become part of my daily routine, taken in the morning. Only have been using for a month. The cyst in my ovary seems to be better, the pain is gone! The effect of the pain having been diminished happened with 2 hours of taking the pill! The second day of taking this product, my overall mental state improved. I felt the same, but somehow less moody, almost as I used to feel when I was a child or young teen! The circumstances of my life haven’t changed, but I feel more optimistic. Must have been the hormones are readjusting. I sleep much better now.. I fall yo sleep without any need for sleep aids. I still wake up in the middle of the night, but I go back to sleep easily. I get more interesting dreams. Feeling refreshed when I wake. I don’t feel the cravings for sweets or chocolate. Definitely the hormones are readjusting. This is directly related to the taking of this product.

First off, this is a mixed review. I came across Inositol by accident and when I saw that it could help with symptoms of PCOS I decided to give it a try. I have not been diagnosed with PCOS but I do have some of the symptoms so I thought it wouldn't hurt to try. I noticed some other things along the way and I will comment on them as well. PCOS-the symptoms that I was experiencing did seem to go away. The signs of my ovulation were CRYSTAL clear for the first time EVER. Period was easier, cramps were less. Hair-I did not see any difference in hair. The women in my family tend to be hairier than we would like. That did not change AT ALL. I get this one weird hair in a place I won't mention and that still happened. Mood-I was going through depression for a few months. There are serious health problems with my parents and it is hard day in and day out to deal with their care and the worry about them. I also have a lot on my plate. Finishing my doctorate, husband, two kids under two and a sick parent AND very sick family members as well as a family death. You can understand why I was going through some serious depression. I noticed a change in my mood within two hours of taking it (along with folic acid). Within 24 hours I felt like my life had changed for the better. I was positive and saw a future of happiness. If I missed a dose (happened only twice in two weeks) I would get a horrible headache within two hours of the missed dose. It reminded me to go back and take it. HOWEVER, it seemed that after the two weeks the help that this provided just went away. I no longer saw any difference if I took it or not. It seemed that my body reached a level and it no longer helped. Very upset about that. I thought I found a miracle pill. Energy-for the first few days I had more energy than I had in years. It was wonderful. I cleaned my house, my parents house, did every errand I could think of, and organized our lives. It stopped doing this for me after four days. I no longer noticed a difference at all in my energy level. So to sum it up. It helped in unexpected ways that I loved but it wore off for me after two weeks. I even tried a different dose and that didn't help (I was taking it three times a day).

Great supplement and brand. Easy to swallow, no odor, no aftertaste, and no side effects. I would highly recommend them, and this brand!

After trying more expensive brands, I have come full circle back to this one. This is the first brand I tried and IMHO, it's the best. The quality is excellent and the price is great. I feel good. My hair is naturally thick and fast growing, so I can't rate the product for hair growth. I haven't noticed any negative side effects. Very effective and I should note that the other brands I tried are higher in milligrams. I am so pleased with this brand that I going to take a look at other products for other vitamins and supplements.

Good product

I have PCOS and trying to conceive for a while now. I ovulate every month and I have a period every month (because of healthy living). The only thing is that my periods are heavy and I am not getting pregnant. I tried these pills for 1,5 month and it not only delayed my ovulation, it also delayed my period with 7 days. Not only this. I got a very long and very heavy period. Never in my life did I experience this much pain. I cried. It also gave me headaches and pimples. No never again!! Made my situation worse.

Took this with berberine supplement for my PCOS, this helped a lot with maintaining my weight loss and somehow helped with my brittle nails as well
