Worth the trouble! Speed went from 90/90 to 336/99 on 200 ft run from cat 5e to cat7.
Cat 7 solution to frustration for me. I tried the cheaper cat 7 plugs with no guide for wires, took me hours to make 2 good cables. This product works well once you learn how to install properly without missing one wire going to the gold staples that penetrate the cable to make metal to metal. On your first try the hardest part is putting the wires through the guide, you have to cut the outer cover longer than you need so you can manipulate the individual wires into the order listed in the directions which are included. Once through the guide use needle nose pliers to pull the guide down by holding the wires at bitter ends and sliding the guide down. Cut the wires even before you install them into the guide since the rough cut originally may cause problems. Once installed in guide and pulled through the guide cut wires again to approximate length then, straighten them with fingers, take time now since you have to install properly into the plug. When installing move slightly to help wire insert into same pattern as the guide. Once installed inspect to insure wires are in proper order and inserted into plug. Sometimes a wire may bend if not aligned properly, this is ok, just remove , straighten and reassert before your final crimp. Double check crimp since , crimp may not engage all staples all the time. Check with cable tester. Expect first go round at 30% failure for 20 plugs till you get your skill sets up to par, on my second set of 20, 100% success rate now and much quicker!

Don't throw your money away!
These are the most difficult connectors that I've ever used. Have gone thru a dozen and only have one cord that tested as good. Have installed a lot of RG45's on Cat5 and Cat6 in the past so I'm not a novice at this. I would steer away from these and try to find a more user friendly connector. At the current rate out of 40 connectors purchased I might get three or four cables that work and that is just not acceptable.

These are certainly good cat7 plugs
These are certainly good cat7 plugs, and they are friendly to terminate cable with. You will don't need a special crimping tool, regular crimpng tool is fine. This plug uses it's own cable retention, and I would advise to not wrap them too tightly around the cable. Only the gold plated connectors are crimped down for this specific connector.

Tricky but great
I've installed about 40 of these plugs. I've also used other brands. The Sunnytech's are the best. By nature the CAT7 plugs are difficult. The cables are stiff and have to be aligned precisely so, and trimmed precisely so. Your first 10 will take 15 to 30 minutes each. Once you learn the tricks you can do one in 5 to 10 minutes, which is great. You an visually see into the ends of the plugs, and tell if every cable is in the proper order, and to the end of the plug. The Sunnytech plugs have a flat side and a sloping side. The sloping side is for the colored wires, which gives you another aid for getting the cables in the proper order. Amazon reviews of this product are positive and negative. The Sunnytech plugs are good. They work. The problems you will have are with your technique. Take your time, figure out the tricks. If you get frustrated and think it is the product, you will really be in trouble because the other brands are much worse. I know. I tried them and went back to the Sunnytech. They seem super easy compared to the others.

Wire Guides
These work great and have their own Plastic Wire guides making them the best I know of in my opinion.

Not golden looking.
Not gold color. Be careful some crimpers will smash these.

I was able to connect the cable just fine, but they would not fit into the Sunnytech ...
Almost impossible to use. I was able to connect the cable just fine, but they would not fit into the Sunnytech CAT7 10GBase-T female keystones no matter how many times I tried or what I did. I ruined so many of them trying to get them to work that I didn't have much to return so I just ate my losses.Would NOT recommend.
