Review: Very dissatisfied - I was waiting for a bit to check and work this Corkscrew before writing a review. It very hard to use and as a result the most of the times the cork breaks. I dumped it in the kitchen and I use the old one I have. I will have to purchase a new corkscrew. I'm suspicious.** A: Wow. I came here to add my own review since I recently purchased this and the same thing caught my eye. WTH! Its a decent product but 4200 5-star reviews just seems kinda dodgy. **Q: Could you provide country where was it made?** A: There is no country of origin stamp, embossing or engraving on the corkscrew. Just guessing: China. **Q: To the professionals in the wine, bar and hospitality field, is this wine key going to last heavy use? And does the knife cut sharply and clean?** A: Knife a sharp, and it feels heavy duty,I work in a wine bar and I use it for thatonly had it for two weeks but it feels like it will last me a long time **Q: Is it magnetic** A: I put this near a magnet and it sticks to it. Not sure why others have indicated that it is not magnetic. 420 stainless steel is magnetic and the description of this product on Amazon indicates it is 420 SS. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ Very dissatisfied *by N***U on 7 April 2021* I was waiting for a bit to check and work this Corkscrew before writing a review. I will have to purchase a new corkscrew. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ok *by M***O on 5 October 2025* Ok ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well engineered tool *by J***R on 12 June 2020* Just got this today. What a lovely, well engineered tool. I noticed reviews of other corkscrews mentioned poor finish and flaws. Not with this one, it is a delight to see and comfortably smooth to hold. At this price it’s a steal and you can’t go wrong. ## Frequently Bought Together - Hicoup Wine Opener - Professional Corkscrews for Wine Bottles w/Foil Cutter and Cap Remover - Manual Wine Key for Servers, Waiters, Bartenders and Home Use - Stainless Steel w/Moonstone Resin Inlay - The Original Gorilla Grip Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Smooth Edge Manual Can Opener and Bottle Openers, Soft Handle, Rust Proof Oversized Handheld Easy Turn Knob, Multifunctional Kitchen Tool, Black - Yankee Candle Home Sweet Home Scented, Classic 22oz Large Jar Single Wick Candle, Over 110 Hours of Burn Time, Ideal for Fall, Outdoors, Home and Christmas Decorations --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/313393058-waiters-corkscrew-by-hicoup-professional-stainless-steel-with-moonstone-resin](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/313393058-waiters-corkscrew-by-hicoup-professional-stainless-steel-with-moonstone-resin) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
