Endangered Species Natural Dark Chocolate Bar with Cinnamon Cayenne and Cherries, 3 Ounce - 12 per case.

I have tried several flavors of Endangered Species dark chocolate and this is by far my favorite! The combination of spice and cherry is delectable with a flavorful chocolate. The only thing I'd change would be to make it with 85% cocoa. This would make it marketable for those that look for the higher percent.

Age and perhaps exposure to extreme temperature in storage add up to this chocolate not living up to its potential. So the flavor is (mostly) there. But the texture is coarse with some separation of ingredients. Did not want to go through the trouble of returning. But there it is...

Got this for my husband for Valentine’s Day it is his favorite he really loves them

This is not from a chocolatier in Switzerland. Oh no, this is a confection more than a chocolate made in Indiana of all places. The bar is cherries and spicey heat with a rough texture. Completely scrumptious.

Absolutely delicious. This is a nice spicy yet sweet treat to indulge in right before bed.

I ordered these chocolate bars for my husband who loves spicy food. Typically the only thing I can handle is the very common red hot sauce on wings or in a wrap. I love these and he really enjoys the flavor combination. I can't wait to set these out for get togethers and possibly gift a few too.

I originally bought these at natural grocers, and the quality was fantastic and so was the flavor. However, the batch I bought from Amazon was awful. It tasted like the bars had melted, and then been refrozen. The texture is extremely flaky and frankly, disgusting - practically inedible. Do not recommend buying these from Amazon.

I have to order these in quantity as this flavor profile is hard to find locally. The spice and cherry combo are delicious so if you like a little heat with your chocolate and fruit, these are the ones for you.
