I bought this after getting a bad burn using SPF 70 sunblock. It fits great -- just long enough to cover the tops of my thighs. You can adjust the length with the drawstrings on each side. The material seems to be high quality. It even looks a little sporty.

Not for people with a chest
Top was too small for my breasts. The empire waist floats up. Seemed quality though, the length was really nice, and if the top wasn't an issue with me I would have kept it. Everything else about it was a good fit (sleeves, length, shoulder width, etc). So if you are smaller chested, I would buy it.

Not for large busted women
I so wanted this top and while it does fit, the empire waist line cuts across my bustline, not underneath. Am tempted to order up a size, but then it will be baggy and I'm not sure it would make a difference. Love the style if only it worked on me.
