A great snack for me.
Only recently I found these thin wafers on Amazon. I ordered some and like eating them. They are crisp, as named, but they are easy on the mouth for chewing. They are strong enough to do dipping without breaking if the dip is not too stiff. I find the taste much to my liking, and it is mild enough to not interfere with the taste of most spreads I might put on them. I highly recommend them, especially as an excellent between-meal snack. I am not an advertiser, but just a frequent Amazon customer.
