Greater a 5-8 minute exercise "snack!"
I sit at a desk for much of the day. Every couple of hours I get up to have an "exercise snack." I've now added the Posture Fit bar to my exercise snack routine -- squats, lunges, upper body twists, hinges, etc. Also use it for warming up before more serious exercise. Very happy with the bar.
