Good bang for your buck
Got around 90W max output on sunny days. It folds up nicely, and is well padded. Place it on a clean surface, because the back fabric folds onto the panel face and it can get dusty. The legs are a nice thought but not very practical if there is any possibility of wind it can fall over. The loopholes are great for keeping it secured. Love the updated design a bit slimmer than the previous model. And it has a small charge controller that outputs to two USB ports and great assortment of adapter accessories to connect to solar batteries.

Features and performance ahead of the competitors!
I am not fond of making reviews, but this time was different. The ALLPOWERS 140W performance blew me up completely! The unit has the standard MC4 connector and some adaptors, which is normal for the good reputation of the brand. In addition to it, it has its own controller having TWO USB ports which fully delivers 5V AND also has TWO additional 5.5mm outputs! You can truly charge two batteries at the same time AND charge 2 USB devices. For the price and quality, there is no better deal out there.Regarding the quality of the product, it is as expected for a reputable company like ALLPOWERS, sturdy and light at the same time. The legs are strong enough for the weight of the panel, even with some wind.I am continuing performing tests, but the power generation that I got combining all the outputs, it is close to the advertised power.

Decent product that works as advertised.
The panels and case seem to be well assembled. Works for me using standard solar Mc-4 connectors. The accessories/adaptors are not obvious and the instructions are, frankly, useless. Only other comment is that the output even in bright direct sunlight doesn't get close to its rated power. Maybe none of them do. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

ALLPOWERS 140W Portable Solar Panel Charger is good.
ALLPOWERS 140W Portable Solar Panel Charger is decent. This is my second unit - I did have an issue with the first one I received, but I do not believe it was the manufacturers fault - it appeared slightly used and one of the panel's sections appeared to be damaged.Once I received this second unit - the replacement - it was evident that the first one had been returned / re-shipped to me.In South-East PA, angled in the proper direction in late afternoon, I was getting about 70w-90w in full sunlight and 85 degrees. I am ok with this, and I suspect that if I have a few more oppurtunities to test with cloudless skies during the winter I will be able to get over 100W which would satisfy me with my purchase.I have seen other reviews where people got close or over the 140W rating, but I'm not sure that being in the North East US I should be expecting that close to the rated capacity. The unit has a built-in set of USB Ports, connectors for the built-in MC4 cables to multiple sizes of Barrel-jack for Solar Generators, battery clapns, etc.. And a sewn-on zippered compartment to store all the accessories in.I added a few plastic MC4 tools and a small power-bank to the kit, though you should be able to directly connect a laptop or other USB device when you have steady sun.I'm not going to say it's really "light", because it's still just about 10Lbs as shipped, but in comparison it is not as heavy as some others. The "Legs" - flat fold-against each panel for storage, once deployed and positioned are sturdy and seem that they will last a while. Setting up 4 sections of legs though takes a bit of wiggling and care to not knock the others over / under... I'm fairly certain this is not a problem unique to this brand. Just take your time, and dont adjust too much. Once in place they are not going anywhere without strong winds..Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would buy another.

Can you rate a product 4 and half stars?
The more you know about how solar panels work, the better you can decide which one to buy. Solar panel output power is measured under very controlled conditions, conditions which are unlikely to happen in the real world. Solar panels also tend to produce more power when they are cold vs when they are hot, and they produce more power when they are not under load. All this is to say that when I got this panel at home, and checked it with my multi meter it produces exactly the amount of power that I expected. It produced so much more power than my power station could handle that it tripped the over power protection. once it warmed up a bit the power dropped and I was able to charge my power station without any problems. The next thing I discovered, the charge controller you connect your panel too is really the device that determines how much power you are going to get out of your panel. I purchased this panel in hopes that I could get a little over a 100 watts of reliable power into my power station, however I quickly realized that the power stations charge controller just wasn't going to let that happen. I initially thought the problem was with the solar panel, but later realized it wasn't even a "problem" it's just the way the power station ( a small portable station ) works. I say all this to help explain my rating, I like this panel, it works well, it's light weight it has pretty good build quality and it has the ability to charge a phone or similar devise because it has a built in charge controller (their words, not mine) Like many other reviewers have mentioned, the light weight build means that the panel will tend to droop or sag when you use it with the built in kick stands, this is of course not a problem if the panel is just lying flat on the ground or hanging using the sturdy grommets. The bottom line is the panel works fine. As I understand solar panels more and more, I understand that you can't expect to get a stable reliable 140 watts out of a 140 watt solar panel, you need to over size the solar panel by some amount, or buy multiple panels and connect them in parallel or series (if the panel is rated for either of these options) to get a reliable amount of power. Also like I am beginning to realize, you might see better overall results if you pair your solar panels with a quality charge controller, one or two lithium batteries and a good pure sine wave inverter, instead of or in support of using a portable power station, of course this depends upon your needs, the space you have available and your situation. But back to my rating, the droop and sag when using the kick stands is why I would, if I could, rate this panel at 4.5 stars, but because it does work and works as expected I'll round that rating up to 5 rather than down to 4.
