Poor customer support
After 6 months of owning the laptop the Home Screen has frozen and after reporting the issue with Amazon, I have received no customer support and are left with a laptop that doesn’t work

Laptop.
It was a very good laptop , picture was fab battery life OK. Going ti recommend.

Not a UK keyboard
The laptop turned up in a timely manner. Functions perfectly adequately, the biggest drawback is that it is not a UK format key board (German I think), on the whole OK as we share an alphabet, but some of the symbols are in different places to a UK keyboard and seems impossible to input a £ from the keyboard (you have to insert a symbol). Becomes awkward to remember if you are switching between home and work keyboards. If that is something you can live with then fine if not that I suggest you look for another device.
