Does the job really well, use these for my wrists and are very comfy, definitely recommend to buy to use for cable lat raises at hand height to grow your side delts :)

First off, I purchased these with a bit of hesitation. These have thousands of ratings w five stars and some top reviews claiming that they're "stiff, hard, uncomfortable" and "cheaply made". It got a bit to me to the point that I was looking at leather cable straps with shearling padding. SMH. Anyways, these were $5.99 when I purchased them and I'm really glad I went with these. The price is amazing and you get the pair! The quality is impeccable. They feel durable and can endure a hard workout. They are stiff, but that the point! Right?? If they were soft, the straps would squeeze your ankles and these are thick and stiff so that they are comfortable for using along with a cable machine.

I had a stroke and I use this go around my arm to help lift it up and I do my exercises with it. I use it almost daily. It's good quality okay a little stiff but it works and for the price you can't go wrong. Definitely worth it.
