I used this foam along with patches to help heal my episiotomy incision. I can say that the results were very effective; everything healed quite quickly, and there was no infection or inflammation.

Definitely cooling and relieving in those early post partum days. I did have to stop using as my skin became a little irritated although not sure if it was due being sensitive to an ingredient or due to another product
