I followed the directions exactly as stated. I couldn't wait to get this off my face and couldn't stand it the full 15 minutes. It felt tight and itchy. It definitely does not peel off. I would liken removing this to cracking and peeling off a stubborn egg shell. Ultimately I ended up washing the product off my face because it wouldn't easily come off. Very messy. Left my face red and irritated. This is the worst product I've ever used and it's going in the garbage.
