Works ok. One of the tips broke and free spins after minimal use
The media could not be loaded. Worked well until it didn’t. I’ve had the tool for a year and a half. Rarely used it. Tried to blame it on the new guy when it broke. lol! Maybe buy the more expensive option?

Poor quality
I bought this tool to remove a shrader valve from a 2014 ford explorer low side ac service port. The main components of the tool is fairly typical Chinese low quality we've come to expect. However, the forked end that engages the valve is machined to fit onto the shaft with a reasonably close tolerance sliding fit. As a result, when I went to turn out the shrader valve, the forked end remained in place as the shaft continuously turned within it, as another reviewer experienced. There are a number of cheap ways the manufacturer could have prevented this, I used JB weld. Bottom line, this tool is not worth the money, since you'll find yourself somehow reinforcing each of the 5 valve core engagement parts. By the time you've done this you could have bought a higher quality set.

Disappointed in the quality
I used two of the probes in the set 3 times, and the tips broke loose from the stems, and started turning not allowing the tool to unscrew the shrader. I don't know if all the other manufactures of this type of tool uses a two piece stem, if they do then plan on having trouble with them as well. The quality way of making this tool would be have the stems a solid piece with the slotted end machined on the end of it, in stead of a two piece unit.I didn't return the item because I figured I would only end up with another set made the same way. I ended up tig welding the tips onto the stems. There's nothing worse than having to rebuild a new tool that was designed to fail.

I used it once, it paid for itself in that single use. It worked well, but I do agree with the other reviewer that it is possible, based on the design, the tip could come lose from the shaft.

Great set for the money!
I have used this kit on several jobs and have been very impressed. Guess I've been lucky but I haven't had and of the tips spin on the shafts. For the money, this set is a bargain!
