I have not used the magnetic guide but the seam allowance ruler is fantastic and a real game changer. I have a real hard time sewing the seam guides on my showing machine, and this is much easier to read and has helped me get accurate seam lines. Highly recommend, especially for newer sewists.

works great when you have a hand that moves all of a sudden a big help ! It fits and the quality is good it is very stability it will not move it is readability. I love it.

This is a great little tool to have for a quick reference seam guide. Every sewist should have one! Most sewing machines come with instructions for seam guides for sewing different seams on different items. This item will save you time instead of grabbing your instruction book.

The ruler is sturdy and very helpful. The magnet is fiddly. Unfortunately my machine doesn't have much metal so the magnet is limited for me. It's extraordinarily strong. I kept it mainly for the ruler. If you have a bigger surface of metal, I'm sure it's a great & useful item

I bought this for sewing and bag making, and it makes keeping a consistent seam allowance so much easier. The ruler is quick and easy to use, and the magnetic guide helps keep my stitching straight without constantly watching the measurements on the machine. This is a sewing tool that I've never seen before. It will be great for sewing straight seams. The magnetic metal piece is very strong. It can't be accidentally moved while you are sewing. You have to very firmly move it into position. That's a good thing.

I like this product. Easy to use and accurate. I wish I had bought it sooner.

Whoever invented this, well done. I’ve always used a simple block of wood, but the needle and magnetic block are just a brilliant combo. The plastic needle guide is so easy to use and the magnet is VERY strong. Sometimes I struggle moving it! Lol! Very pleased with this and highly recommend any sewers out there using machines to invest in one of these.
