Right out of the gate I'll say that cost and mouth opening was a factor in my purchase. I just don't want to spend a lot of money for this type of product. That being said, I don't have a reference point to say a $50 dollar unit is better or not. I can't tell you if this performs as well as those with the same soap solution ratio. What I can share is that this has been a solid performing unit. With a normal 5oz to 30oz ration, and the right type of soap, it foams up and suds very well. I've been experimenting with soap of a reasonable cost and some perform better than others. I have not had issues where I felt it was not living up to the bill of a foam cannon. Built quality appears to be excellent. The larger opening makes it easy to apply soap and water. I don't tweak the nozzle, leaving it on full foam. For reference, I have this attached to Ryobi electric pressure washer so can't comment if a higher water volume or pressure impacts performance. What I can say is that it has been a great working unit for my set up. The bottle (30 oz of soap solution) will typically last a car (SUV, large car). It is quick and easy to refill if doing multiple cars in a wash session. The bottom line...I like this unit and would buy it again or recommend it to you.

Works really well and makes thick foam that covers the car evenly. The material feels sturdy and well made, and the bottle holds a good amount of soap. The water flow and pressure are strong, and the controls are easy to adjust. It connected to my pressure washer without any compatibility issues, and the quick-connect plug made setup simple. Everything I needed was included, and I was able to start using it right away. My only complaint is that it does not come with a 1.1 mm orifice, which would make the foam even thicker. Still, for the price, I really cannot complain and I am happy with it.

In this price range you are not going to find a better foamer, I have tried many and cheaper ones. Combine about 1/10th car soap, and 9/10ths hot water, and gently mix without shaking and it will shoot very thick snowy foam, not watery, that will stay on the car for minutes. It also lets you also shoot foam horizontally or vertically and adjustable amounts. This one also has a plastic wide mouth nozzle, which is the only way to go, I have tried small nozzles, it’s too hard to pour soap into, they are unbalanced, and it’s easier to cross thread them. I’ve used this for about a year now it works very well, just be sure when your done washing your car to take the soap bottle off and spray straight water out of it so to clean the filter inside so it doesn’t clog with soap.

A friend borrowed my $90 cannon and I needed a replacement so bought this on the bas in s of good reviews. If you listen to people online nothing is as good as the expensive models but think about it - all you are doing is spraying foam on the car, letting it sit and rinsing off and then spraying it again and using wash mitts or cloths to wipe down the vehicle. The wash soap makes more difference. I use Chemical Guys Maxi Suds mostly and this results in good creamy foam regardless of whether I'm using the AstroAI or more expensive models. I tried it with Meguiars Gold and that was pretty good too. Sure there are differences as thus sprays vertically and not horizontally as well but frankly it doesn't really matter. The one downside is that the bottle is screw-on not quick-fit but does a few seconds really matter? it doesn't have a scale on but I solved this with a measuring cup and a sharpie to mark the bottle. After a while you know how much soap to add anyway. The fittings are pretty durable obviously not quite as good as some but you can buy three of these for $90 not just one so again does it really matter that much? It is easy to use and great value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending this cannon

Works like it is supposed to. Easy to use and hooks right up to my existing pressure washer. It is very easy to adjust and comes with a spare hose in the bottle. Sprays the foam to your liking.

I use this with chemical guys. Foaming, car wash cleaner. It is much cheaper than theirs, and it works amazingly and covers my car with a lovely blanket of cleaning foam.

I have been using the original High Pressure Washer Snow Foam Gun and thought it was OK until I saw my nephew using his AstroAI Snow Foam Gun and the difference was amazing so I had to get one. This thing is AWESOME. It has adjustable Foam strength (more or less water) and Nozzle for the perfect application spray jet. It also 'self alights' upright on your Lance so that there is not interruptions in Foam application no matter how use aim the gun. The additional Karcher Adapter makes it a breeze to fit and the Build Quality is exceptional. If you are in the market for a new Snow Foam Gun, look no further. This performs as good as any gun I've seen. Excellent product at an affordable price and one that will last for a good while...

The AstroAI foam cannon performed very well, especially considering the price range. I paired it with the AstroAI pressure wash gun, which is excellent as well. I highly recommend using the two together. The build quality of both seem strong and not cheap like other brands on the market. The only minor drawback is the turning knob that adjusts the spray orientation on the foam cannon. It feels quite stiff, but it may loosen up over time with use. I used a 1:4 soap to water ratio (200ml of soap mixed with 800ml of hot water) with Chemical Guys Watermelon Snow Foam. The foam was thick and covered my car nicely. In a previous attempt, I used a 1:12 ratio, which was too watery. Increasing the soap concentration definitely produces much more foam. The pressure washer I used is electric with 2030 psi and 1.2gpm.
