Great coffee! 15 different coffees and they come out perfect!

Brought it for less than 1 year and now it is broken. Machine was well kept and cleaned to the manufacturer guides with their OME cleaning tablets and filters. Now it will not brew coffee and the hot water is leaking out from the bottom of the machine. Tried to contact the manufacturer for 2 days, left many voice messages and no reply. Total wast of money. Very poorly manufactured

After years of pining, we finally got a Jura. Love the self-cleaning features and beverage choices. And we have finally found a coffee bean that isn't bitter in this machine - Kimbo Espresso. All other beans have rendered bitter brews, bitterly disappointing, and we almost returned the unit. With the right beans, we're happy with the crema and flavor. But there are two things we wish we had known, in which case we wouldn't have purchased this machine. The Jura S8 does not tell you when there's not enough water to make your beverage! It spits out whatever amount of water is in the tank, wasting a puck of coffee because you must make another cup for a full 8 ounces. I mean, come on, even a cheap Keurig lets you know if you need more water before you waste any coffee. Sheesh. Mind you, this wouldn't be an issue if you could actually see how much water is in the tank. You can't! The designers have made it so you cannot see water levels at all from the front, then they put vertical lines on the side view that make it impossible to discern water from plastic art. Jura, what's up with that? I definitely would not purchase or recommend this unit. Something so simple is so frustrating, first thing in the morning. Is there a fix to water-blindness and bitterness? If so, I'll gladly amend this review.

Update; they said they would call me, never did. We got charged for the 2 day delivery yet they sent it ground!! We need a refund.Sold with a cheap plastic lid. Ours has broke 2x! Paid over $50 for the plastic lid and two day shipping. It’s been four days and we haven’t received anything. When I asked the customer service rep if some of the other machines would be better he said “NO!”they all have the same plastic lid. I just tried calling them, (today’s Friday) I was on hold for 25 minutes before I finally gave up. Horrible customer service.

The worst and not like described and shown on the pictures in terms of making cappuccino, latte and everything with milk. When you put a cup coffe and milk pours on one side, not in the middle, doesn’t blend or make layers. Not worse the money as the functionality is lost

Great coffee machine , had one in Europe and was sad that I couldn’t bring it with me due to different power requirements. It’s easy to set up, also great you can program the strength and amount of coffee you like.I got a Jura Cool control with it it’s almost a must if you like milk in your coffee, it makes some awesome latte, flat whites and other milk drinks. I’m an espresso drinker so I’m happy after I discovered my favorite setting. It’s a bit pricey but worth every penny if you love a creat cup of coffee, I don’t have to go to coffee shop anymore I just bring my own everywhere I go.
