Top notch as expected from B&W
I bought these for my wife to use for phone calls b/c she is on the phone a LOT for work purposes. As expected from B&W...excellent sound reproduction overall!! For misic...I don't know how they manage to produce such a rich and full soundstage. A little heavy on the low frequencies for my personal taste, but one can adjust this with an equalizer app (assuming use with a phone or tablet) if need be. Excellent sound quality for phone calls. Voices are clear on both ends. Noise cancelling is a bit subject to the fit in ypur ear. If you get a good seal in your ear canal...lesser ambient sounds do not leak in. Personal comfort level is key IMO. i.e. How hard do you wish to push these into your ears. A good portion of these buds are metal, so not as light weight as lesser quality earbuds. Still, not nearly as heavy as a pair of over the ear headphones, and still very comfortable. Comes with 3 additional...I don't know what they are called...the cover portion thst goes into your ear canal. All are different size, so you just need to pick the one that is most comfortable. Functionally there is a touch sensor. It works as expected and does NOT require a heavy touch. Great product over all!!

Worst Bluetooth headphones ever
Hard to pair even with the app, on top of that, the connection was horrible. I would hold my phone and turn my head to my left and the left earpiece would lose connection for up to 5 min straight...smfh Unacceptable from headphones that cost over $150 in my opinion. I gave it a week to test them and see if maybe they would work better but unfortunately they didn't. Their app really sucks, no equalizer available at all. I've owned technics, bose and senheisser headphones and all performed way better than these ones. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Out of all headphones my favorites were technics and senheisser brands, good quality sound and had equalizer option available on their app. as well as the comfort. Would give them 0 stars if it was possible.

Great sound (well, mostly), ok battery life, poor functionality
These are made by a company known for exquisite sound quality in audio loudspeakers. Being a mastering engineer, myself, I know B&W are loved by even Abbey Road Mastering, among many other Grammy-winning mastering houses. These ear-buds aren't those, and nobody should expect them to be. They're tiny. However, they're far from neutral. They're bass-heavy, which is fine for road-use and listening while on a plane or train. However, sitting at home, they're a bit hefty in the low end with lacking articulation and clarity in the low-end. Everything else is ok, even if the mids are slightly scooped. Battery life isn't great, but again, you can't expect that in light of decent noise-cancellation and sound quality. That said, if B&W would provide an option to reduce the bass, this might could prolong battery life significantly. Here's my big issue with these ear-buds that made me return them: Functionality is flaky. If I have them in my ears, and I move my ears muscles back, audio may stop playback. There's some SUPER-sensitive controls inside the ear-buds, I would have preferred to simply eliminate, or make optional. Since that didn't seem to be offered, I returned them. It's too difficult to enjoy something unreliable in the sense of trying to sit perfectly still and not adjust them.

Beautiful sound and comfort, worth a little learning curve.
They sound great and are easy to use once I got the hang of it. Without any switches, volume controls, or any other control of settings, it did take me several tries to figure out the push button controls in the ear pieces. Today I turned off my bluetooth mouse by accident and turned it back on almost immediately. In that moment, I lost my bluetooth connection to me headphones and the computer turned on music that I had paused in Spotify. I needed to go to my system settings for bluetooth to turn the headphones back on. Note, this is my first pair of wireless, in the ear headphones so it is taking me a little while to learn how to work with them. They sound totally amazing.

Amazing sound, horrible battery
The sound quality on these are great. I prefer the sound on my B&O BEOPLAY EQ over these but they're still one of the best sounding earbuds I've ever tried. I had no connection issues and it was really easy to pair to my phone. The only problem is with the in ear detection. Everytime I move to fast or it shifts even a little bit in my ear, the music stops. And it happens often so I had to turn off this feature. I like that there is an app that goes with these earbuds but it is very limited. Sadly there is no adjustable EQ. Fortunately, the sound is great and I don't really feel like I need to adjust the EQ. The ANC and ambient modes work great. I don't hear anything when I have music playing. The touch controls on these are one of the best. It's one of the most responsive touch controls I've used on earbuds. The Pi5 earbuds are also really one of the best looking earbuds out there in my opinion and they're also really comfortable. I have smallish ears and I don't have any issue with the fit of these. They look like they're on the bigger side and they kind of stick out of my ears but they're not heavy at all and I can wear them for hours at a time without experiencing any ear fatigue. The case itself is kind of big and I wouldn't carry it in my pocket but I mainly use these at home and have another earbuds that I carry around with me (it would hurt a lot less if I ever loose them). The lid is a little flimsy but like I said, I don't really carry them around. The battery on these earbuds are terrible. I knew that before I purchased them and I didn't think it would be a problem but now that I have them and actually experience it, I understand how annoying it is to constantly have to take them out to recharge. For this reason alone, I'm considering returning them. I just hesitate on returning them because of all the other pros but realistically I see myself potentially not using these often in the long run due to the battery and end up buying another set of earbuds to use for day to day use. Overall, these are a great pair of earbuds. I do wish that the battery life on these are were better (which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5) but I think it's forgivable given all the pros. I'm really happy with the Pi5s and I'm even debating on getting the pi7s to compare the two. But I think you'll be happy with these earbuds.

Really high quality, but pricy
The sound quality of these are incredible for a wireless earbud. The bass is the best I've experienced in a wireless earbud, and the call quality is very good as well. I like that you can use either the left or the right individually (not just the right like many buds). The noise cancellation is really nice and the ambient pass through is nice. My only complaint is the price. While these are very nice, you'll have to decide if you're willing to pay the pricetag for premium quality, these are a very premium set of earbuds.

Excellent Sound, Poor Battery.
I have a pair of Sony's WF-XB700 for about 4 years now and I would like to upgrade. Unfortunately I didn't found anything close to their battery performance yet. Granted there are lots of more upgraded earplugs out there, but no one get closer to my Sony's battery life: when new they could play for about 11 hours, now 4 years later, the battery can hold the charge for about 9.5 hours. I thought I found the replacement to my Sony's with this B&W Pi5's: Sound is superb, good bass, excellent highs, app is ok, Noise Cancelling is OK, It mufflers enought the noise around and that combined with some volume listening to music will give a more than acceptable result. They are very confortable, more than my Sony's, but when we go to the battery life this W&B are horrible. When I decided to order them it was upon the description line that says "battery life is up to 10 hours". Battery will not, and I repeat WILL NOT last more than 3 hours, which is very far from 10 hours. That was extremely disappointing, specially coming from Bowers &Wilkins. I am not impressed at all with them and I think I will asked for a return authorization to return them and keep using my Sony's.

Garbage. Save your money.
1) Lose connection off and on even when 3 feet away from device. 2) Useless for calls -loses audio quality after several minutes and starts to echo 3) Noise cancelling is good- and probably the only thing they are good for. Just that. Put them in and that's it- don't listen to anything. Just a quieter environment- although foam earplugs work better and are like $0.02 not $250 4) Battery life is mediocre 5) Shape is not helpful to adjusting or keeping them in ears. Solution: Apple airpods. Seriously, these B&O are garbage.
