Clearly a returned item that was repacked
Ordered NEW underwear. Not used. But came already opened bag and tape removed from several pairs. Should never have been sent.

Not what I expected
I was so disappointed.I wish I had the reviews instead of just looking at the starsThey were too small. The cotton was not smooth. The fit was more like a bikini rather than low rise.I would not buy again.
