The shoes had nice grip, they helped with fencing a lot

I’ve used the shoes for fencing and never had a problem with them. I recommend them for fencers. I fence foil and it was great at its job.

This is my second pair. The first one served for 3 years. Just started to lose the grip, but still quite solid structurally.I was using them practically every day though I don’t fence a lot (a lot of lessons!) and only on hardwood floor. Cannot say how they would hold on aluminum strips.

My children's fencing coach recommended these fencing shoes. They had been fencing in sneakers. Both of them found these shoes to be comfortable and provide just the right amount of grip. I'm looking forward to them using the shoes in tournaments.
