This item is extremely small, would struggle to fit a child’s head let alone an adult, if by some chance you manage to squeeze your head inside it’s soo uncomfortable, I would rather snore than suffer wearing thisBottom line…….don’t buy

It did give me the idea to sleep with my mouth shut, which I learned to do after struggling to wear this mask for a few weeks. The mask keeps your mouth shut. It's wierd that you feel like you're wearing a gimp mask and it's nigh on impossible to fit it properly in the middle of the night in the dark. So strangely, it taught me the basics of breathing through my nose only, which has reduced snoring, though me losing weight by reducing calories intake and increasing exercise has probably helped most.

Good value and they work better than many others I’ve tried.They do lose their elasticity over time but as they are cheap ordering new ones from time to time is fine by me.

I tried the IBLUELOVER Anti Snoring Chin Strap, and while it has some positive aspects, it didn’t fully meet my expectations. The material is soft and adjustable, which makes it fairly comfortable to wear. It does help keep the mouth closed, which reduced my snoring slightly, but it wasn’t a complete solution for me. I found the fit a bit tricky to get right, and it occasionally felt too tight or slipped during the night. While it might work better for others, the results were just average for me. It’s worth trying if you’re looking for a simple, non-invasive option.

I found it very uncomfortable and gave up however it did stop me snoring, maybe because I couldn't sleep whilst wearing it, I might try again

This product first can be found on eBay for way cheaper second durability is of about 2 weeks if you use every day, it becomes very itchy around the chin as the material is of low quality. The Velcro doesn’t last and you wake up in the morning like if you didn’t use it at all.Not recommend

It is not possible for this product to keep your airway open. The support is all wrong for that. What it does do though is keep your mouth closed which is great for reducing dry mouth if you are are cpap user who doesn't have a full face mask. It is a really bad fit as well, i think it has been designed for a head shaped like a football. The top straps are not long enough to provide a decent fit.

It may well work, but not for me as breathing through my nose still causes it. It depends what causes you snoring. It's also quite uncomfortable to wear. But like I said if you don't snore when you nose breath, give it a try.
