These BOM PAM blue-tooth earphones are great for running! They stay in my ears and don't fall out or jiggle around like most others do. The earphones have one of the most functional options available that I have seen around. I was able to sync them to my phone in seconds without any problems. I love the fact that they work for taking calls, and even have a second call waiting function. The volume control is pretty good, I never did max them out, but they worked for me just fine and blocked out surrounding sounds. The battery charge lasts for about two hours or so. The armband fit my arm well and stayed in place, my phone did get a bit warm in the pouch but cooled as soon as I took it out for a couple minutes. Handy little carry pouch to keep my earphones in so they don't get all tangled up in my purse. I would definitely recommend these earphones to active peeps who like to listen to their music loud and workout hard.

UPDATE: These BROKE after less than 3 months of use. Literally fell apart while I was wearing them. Rendered useless.I've gone through 4 pairs of AYL/QY8 headphones (they die after a certain amount of sweat/water gets in them which is okay by me at this price point) but these are absolutely not up to the same standard. These are flimsy, have a short battery life and are built to look like the AYL/QY8 headphones, but they absolutely aren't the same. The sound is hollow, tinny and unbalanced between the two sides. The rubber ear pieces are a lower quality than other manufacturers of the same product. Don't get fooled, buy the better version of these from another seller.

1. Manual is poorly written: "Right" is written and it is actually "left" unless the R-L is written incorrectly on the ear pieces and the manual lacks labeling. Sound quality is poor and somewhat tinny.2. Used as a phone headset: the person I was speaking with said he could hear me better and louder from the OLD wired earbud when I switched between the two on a call.3. The cover for the recharging port is really hard to remove and appears so flimsy that I fully expect it to be torn off soon. Will try it for the remainder of the day but I suspect I will be returning this earbuds.Only positive is that they are comfortable to wear.

I love these headphones! I love the cute package it came in and the convenient armband is really nice. I like that you can put your key in it. I have used it for running , weight lifting , and just wearing it to go to school. It never comes off my ears. I can literally shake my head all over the place and it won't come off. It's comfortable and durable. Sweat doesn't affect the headphones. It's really loud and the music sounds great. I've been using it for a few months now and I'm obsessed with them. The only thing is I do have to charge it a lot. It last for a few hours though.

The first week I was very satisfied with the earbuds, but soon after, the left side stopped working.I always put the earbuds back in the pouch provided after charging, so it was not from abuse.I do not know how to contact the seller but would have just to explain and also be able to review their customer service.I will update if contacted by them and hopefully refunded or able to exchange earbuds.

Great product for jogging but not for audiobooks due to the battery life not lasting to long. But I’m still quite pleased with the product for the sound is clean and crisp. The headphones also very snug once they are inserted into the ears. All in all a great product

Outta the box I charged. After I charged I was able to pair and I liked the fit BUT only the right ear worked the left didn't. Silent. As I spent a solid 7 minutes trying, restarting, hoping but no. What did happen was the the voice coming over the right ear "low battery". Low battery and a not working right ear. I'm returning this "lightning deal". Please. The only lightning is which the speed I return this.

I usually don't write reviews, but this earphones got me amazed enough to write one. I bought a lot of earphones even other bluetooth earphones, but they all fail because they slide out of the ears with either movement or a simple facial expression, the sound quality was poor, and/or the battery dies quickly. So I was kind of hesitant in buying another bluetooth earphones because of these reason. I was tired of wires getting in my way, so I did some research and decided to purchase this Bom Pam earphones. I had this earphones since mid August and I got to say this earphones exceeded my expectations. First of all it doesn't come out of my ears with any movement I do. I even shaken my head like crazy and it didn't fall off my ears. Secondly, sound quality of the music is superb. As for bluetooth connection length, it worked exceedingly well. I accidentally left my phone at my desk and went to my coworkers desk which was located at the opposite from where I'm at. Now you have to understand there's 4 drywalls the connection went thru and it played the music as if my phone was in my hands. As for the call quality, it's works well indoors. I tried talking to my wife outside and it was like 50/50 at normal voice tone. Overall, If I had to buy or suggest a bluetooth earphones to family and friends, I would hands down tell them about these earphones.
