The owner was really nice in helping me with order placing. She made sure I was satisfied with the quality and gave ample suggestions to make sure I would be happy with the final product.

I sent in a picture of my dog. The company upgraded the size of the painting for free so they could capture more detail. They sent me a rough draft for approval to be sure I liked the outcome. It took a bit to arrive, maybe three weeks? But was far shorter than what was estimated. The paint quality was great compared to other paint by numbers. It even came with wood and the tools to mount the canvas! It also came with good brushes!This product is a great price compared to other websites that offer the same service! Shipping was faster that other companies. I also loved that an actual person worked on it, and personally sent it to me by email first. I appreciated that they send the canvas rolled instead of folded, as I have struggled to get the creases out of the folded paint by numbers.I highly recommend this company for all of your custom paint by number needs.

This was amazing how my painting was EXACTLY like the picture I sent them! I will definitely use them many times AND will tell all my friends. You will love this company!

Update: July 14, 2020Better the second time around!If you email Stephy, the seller, she is super great and helpful and will accommodate your questions and requests. She appreciates constructive feedback and is always happy to improve. The colors matched much better this time after my feedback.—-This kit comes with: labeled paint, brushes, hanging tools, a paper reference of your image by number (mine was just black and white, not colored like you see in the product photos, though it would be helpful to have a small one of for reference!) It’s very time-consuming but for me that’s not a con. It’s a project! Otherwise I would order a finished one. I love how mine came out for the most part, and enjoyed doing it. I’ve posted my original photo and completed paint by number.My only reason for taking off one star is because of some color inaccuracies from the original portrait. I understand needing to reduce the number of colors that are really there (I received 25 paints), but the one that really didn’t make sense to me was the dark beige color you see at the bottom of the cats’ fur. I figured that color was to tie everything together, but it would have made more sense in my opinion for it to be grey with smaller patches of that dark beige one.I also wonder why my black and white cat’s bottom foot ended up partially green, or her really white fur is darker grey.Regardless, I’ve already ordered another one of these, and an additional for my friend.

Due to COVID the delivery was a bit delayed but the seller came through and sent a new one express mail. I would highly recommend this product to anyone and what an amazing response from the seller! Thanks so much!

I had an issue with my first submission, it was too complicated and needed too much blending to look like the photo (I can't do blending). So I asked Stephy if I could try another picture and she sent me back a preview so I could see what their rendering would look like. The picture I included shows the finished painting of a flower pot sitting outside my front door. I got adventurous and added some "speckling" to the sidewalk and screen portion of the door, on my own. But the flower and leaves are all from their rendering. The house siding is from their rendering. I had plenty of paints. I really enjoyed working on a custom canvas from my own photos and Stephy was great to work with.

The first canvas was received with really bad wrinkles and the photo was way too dark.I was contacted by this company and they were very nice to work with!! They helped me to get this beautiful canvas to paint!! I’m very happy!!I had to put it on a stretcher frame because there was still some wrinkling right down the center. I think, if they shipped in a cardboard box, the canvas would show up perfect!!

I ordered this as a gift and got it the very first estimated delivery date. I was surprised it came so quick.It came with everything we needed and provided plenty of paint. It does take a while to paint but it is a great time to do with someone. We had a great time painting and we were impressed with how it turned out. There were a few areas that we decided to paint a different color, but overall the painting looks very similar to the photo.One recommendation I would give the makers is a map of the colors separate from the canvas. Especially with the smaller sections, you can paint over another section easily so if you could look up a section on a separate sheet to see what color belongs there that would be helpful. Also if you want to go back and touch up a section you would know what color to use.Overall this was a great product and a great time to share with someone.

The package arrived early (off to a great start) and far exceeded my expectations! My painting was a family picture with a scenic landscape. I was a bit apprehensive at the start with the colour choice for the bodies, but I trusted the process and it is stunning!! I've received so many compliments and it brought tears to my parents' eyes when I presented it to them as a Christmas present (and by no means am I an artist!!).Sometimes the technology they use picks up slightly different shades which the human eye would probably perceive as one colour (e.g. if there is a shadow), but you can either trust the process or use your common sense if you want a piece of clothing to be a block colour for example.I've just ordered my second painting! I'm so excited :)

I am very disappointed with this product. The colors have very poor quality and the boundaries aren't accurate.It was a expensive product for the quality received.I don't recommend it.
