I would have agreed, but it turns out that if you hold the bottle perfectly upside down and perfectly still, after a few seconds it starts dripping quite steadily. Fast enough to not feel like you're waiting forever, slow enough to stop after exactly 15 drops. This isn't spelled out in the directions very clearly, to be fair. The other options on the market for menatetrenone at this dose all seem to contain microcrystalline celluose, which isn't the worst additive, but some find it causes digestive issues. 5 stars for quality ingredients, and well-designed packaging.
