I initially gave this a two star rating for not including the funnel, which was the main reason I bought this product. I took a picture of how it was packaged, the collar should’ve been on the pipe, but the collar was placed where the funnel should have been in the packaging. Evidently the factory workers do not know how to pack this product as several other people had mentioned they did not get the funnel either. I was very disappointed I did not get the funnel as it clearly shows it in the product description and pictures. After giving it 2 stars, I read some other reviews that mentioned it would only work with diluted hand soap or regular dish soap. My current kitchen sink soap dispenser will not stay primed with dish soap, so I decided to use this one in the kitchen sink and moved the one I had in the kitchen to the bathroom sink, although I originally bought this for the bathroom sink. I am very pleased that it will stay primed with dishwashing liquid and I am now changing my review to four stars. I have also read reviews that said the funnel does not fit in the bottle, the funnel is not intended to go in the bottle, you are supposed to remove the pump and put the funnel in the pipe and then set the pump back in after you have filled the bottle. I used a small funnel from my kitchen set and it definitely is a lot easier to fill using a funnel. Too bad they did not include the funnel, or I would have given it 5 stars.

Don't waste your money on this unless you want to take the bottle off every time to refill it. The hole is so small that it cannot be filled from the top. It is also hard to get the bottle back on once you fill it. If your sink is like mine, it is difficult to reach the connection. Works fine until it need more soap. I suppose if your soap is thin as water, it would not be so bad. Thick soap will not work unless you have a lot of time to fill, try to force it into the bottle, repeat until full. Bad design on bottle opening.

This item arrived tonight at 10pm. Scared the crap out of us as we thought someone was breaking in. Dogs went wild and hubby grabbed the gun! If Amazon is reading the reviews, they may want to consider revising their standard non-holiday delivery hours. This delivery could have ended really bad!Anyway, like the title reads, you get what you pay for. The description in the listing states made of heavy duty quality materials. The individual/company selling this item either has never opened the box and inspected on or has an over inflated perception of their products. This is a cheap made item. Parts are warped plastic, thin useless foam gaskets and requires 2 people to install. There are no directions in the box so you will need to refer back to the listing for instructions on how to install as well did.It pumps soaps so I suppose it does what it’s supposed to. However, as other reviews have mentioned, you cannot use full strength dish soap. You will need to dilute it 2 to 1; 2 parts water to 1 part soap, just like automatic/foaming dispensers require. And you will need several pumps to get enough soap to do the job.For us, this is temporary. We will visit lowers to get the matching dispenser for our faucet brand/model. Our suggestion to others is to do the same.

I will be returning it which is unfortunate because it was such a pain to install. The plastic nut that you screw on from underneath the cabinet was very difficult to get started and after finally getting it to grip, took forever to screw it the 2 inches up to tighten. It wasn't an easy spin, you had to apply a lot of pressure to screw it on which is difficult to do on your back underneath the cabinet. Also, the top circle barely covers the standard size hole so I imagine I will have some problems with water leaking down if it gets bumped and unseats. Lastly, it is hard to fill. The dish washing liquid gets backed up and you have to wait for it to go down. I have others like this and you simply squirt the liquid in. Not so with this, it will take about 3 minutes to get it filled and there will be a mess. On the positive side, it does look nice from the top and it is a quality pump nozzle. I will be returning this and looking for one that is better.

Bought this for use in our motor home. Had to drill hole in counter top with hole saw to mount. Once full works good. You pull the top of dispenser off to fill it. It comes with a collapsible funnel. Fill hole is small so trying to fill it with thick liquid is like watching grass grow.Figured it out. Make a small vent hole in the top of the bottle and it fills no problem.
