Easy to install!

This product would have gotten a perfect score except that there were no instructions provided so it took longer to figure out than it should have.

Metal more sturdy than plastic.

Worked after a couple of adjustments.. wish the instructions were a little clearer.. ended up installing, not working.. uninstalling and adjusting cable then reinstalled.., almost worked… and so on, and so forth.., after about 3-4 go rounds it’s working pretty well. So.. for the price, can’t complain.

I wasn’t sure this would fit as the brand of recliner I needed it for wasn’t listed, but it was a perfect fit. It installed easily and seems to be higher quality than the original.

It replaced the plastic part that broke perfectly. Since the new part is metal I believe it will last for the life of my sofa.

It was a good product and the delivery was on time. Thank You five stars
