I have been taking this for a week and I swear I'm starting to feel the difference. I was previously taking D3 without the K2. This was a game changer. For anyone with issues taking supplements, this is a small, easy to swallow plantgel. I also like that its plant based after recently learning that D3 traditionally comes from lanolin in sheep which sounded like a horrific process. The only side effect I've had is having more energy and my hair that was previously shedding a ton has started to slow down - thankfully! There's no after taste at all. I do wish that the bottle was larger so the ingredients and nutritional information was easier to read.

Be aware of product..
Changed my rating after feeling sick for two days after dosing.. Stomach cramps and heart palpitations during the night.. Thought it would be a good buy but my doctor advised dosage is way too high for me Not happy at the full disclosure of side effects. Will throw away if cannot be returned. Bad news for me.
