A False Sense of Security: TurtleSkin's Betrayal 😠🔪💸
When Protection Becomes a PunchlineOh, TurtleSkin, how you've managed to take the noble pursuit of safety and turn it into a cruel joke. Your Utility Needle & Sharp Object Resistant Safety Gloves promise protection, but deliver nothing but disappointment and a false sense of security.Let's start with the audacious claim of offering "cut protection greater than 25 times that of leather." 🤨 In reality, these gloves might as well be made of tissue paper for all the protection they provide. It's like trying to stop a bullet with a sheet of aluminum foil – utterly useless and laughably ineffective. But wait, it gets better! The "superb cut & puncture resistance" boast is about as accurate as a broken compass. 🗡️ These gloves are more likely to shred at the slightest provocation, leaving your precious digits vulnerable to all manner of sharp objects and hazards. And let's not forget the "leather backed" construction, which is about as durable as a wet paper bag. 👜 The "leather" feels more like plastic wrap, and it's only a matter of time before it starts peeling and disintegrating, leaving you with a flimsy shell of a glove that offers no protection whatsoever. But perhaps the most egregious offense is the claim that these gloves can withstand a "28g needle at 4.9 Newtons." 💉 Unless you're planning on battling a swarm of overgrown mosquitoes, this supposed feat of engineering is about as useful as a chocolate teapot. In the real world, where sharp tools, machinery, and hazardous materials reign supreme, these gloves are a mere punchline – a cruel joke played on those who trusted in the TurtleSkin name and their promises of safety. 🃏But hey, at least they're "ideal for tasks that require grip, dexterity and superb cut and puncture resistance," right? 😂 Because what could be more ideal than exposing your hands to potential injury and mutilation while basking in the false confidence that these glorified oven mitts will protect you?In conclusion, if you value your safety, your hard-earned money, and your overall sanity, steer clear of the TurtleSkin Utility Needle & Sharp Object Resistant Safety Gloves. They're a prime example of empty marketing promises and a blatant disregard for consumer trust. Save yourself the disappointment and invest in a product that actually delivers on its claims, because when it comes to protection, the only thing these gloves are good at is protecting your wallet from your own common sense.

Horrible gloves.
The worst gloves I've ever bought. The puncture resistance is provided by a pad sewn to the palm. It has the feel and flexibility of cardboard. The fingers have small rectangles of the same material in the fingertips (that won't stay in place). These gloves feel horrible and it's uncomfortable to squeeze your fingers together (like when you grasp something). It feels exactly like trying to squash a square of cardboard every time. Your fingers are almost entirely unprotected except for the very tips. The puncture resistance is probably good (where the extra protection is) but they are just too unpleasant to wear.

Very poor quality gloves would not recommend
This is a waste of your money! Very poor quality especially for protection against sharps or prevention of needle stick injuries. It looks like they’ve used a normal looking glove and placed a very thin piece of card board for very small finger pads and the cover the top of your hand. Very little protection for you hand overall. Please refer to video.

Waste of money.
Really wish I had read the other reviews before wasting my money. The protection in these gloves is very poorly designed.and cheaply made. Thumb protection doesn't cover the area that it's needed and finger protection only just covers fingertips.Do not try to use these glove for sharps collecting or you will end up in A&E when you get stuck by a needle. Going to buy some Hexamor Sharpsmaster gloves instead as i know they are good.
