This is a heavy knitted wool sweater. Very good quality.

Q: What size should I get if I want it to be like an over sized dress

I would say large or xtra large. Fit is true to size

The material is very thick and doesn’t have much stretch. The sleeves are short, about 2 inches from my wrists. The overall length of the sweater is nice. It also says dry clean only and smelled like chemicals when I got it.
