I returned this item three times for replacement due to a defective battery, but each replacement arrived with the same issue ,I had to refund in the end

Not Charging, Showing No Battery
After connecting the USB cable, the device does not charge. After disconnecting the USB cable, the screen displays "No Battery." I am not sure how this product was sold in this condition. It appears that the battery may be missing or defective. Therefore, I am proceeding to return the product.
