Good for the price, nice long handles to prevent getting my hands burnt. The spoon end is small but to be honest for mixing and stirring it’s all I need.

How many of us have wooden spoons that were passed on from older family member’s kitchens? We did! So when one of our 60ish year old wood spoon finally stirred its last batter before cracking and breaking, we were left Wooden Spoon-less and unable to cook as our elders had taught us. Needing a new wooden spoon in a hurry, I jumped on Amazon and ordered what appeared to be a set of three brand new Wooden Spoons. While they lack the feel of years and years of lovingly stirring cookie dough, preparing pancake batter, browning ground beef, or spanking naughty children, these brand new wooden spoons appear to be of good quality. They have survived a couple months of use as well as the dishonor of being placed in the dishwasher. While we never have and never will punish ill tempered children using a wooden spoon, these new Amazon purchased wooden spoons appear to be sturdy enough to be used in the kitchen for stirring, browning, or for any other use you might consider to be in compliance with your own state’s child endangerment laws.

Excellent wooden spoons. They don't have any polish on them so it can't leach into the food. I didn't have to sand them down. They were smooth when I got them. They've not cracked or broken. They don't smell. They are the right size for me. I can't think of anything else that could go wrong with a wooden spoon. So I'm happy with these.
