Q: Can I use something other than screws to mount them to the wall? For example, store bought hooks with the sticky tape on them. I forgot its name:)

I’m certain you can, but would need to be careful what kind of weight you put on the shelves. If you’re referring to “command” strips (3M), I have never had good luck with them lasting for a long time. They come with drywall anchors, so are very easy to hang!

Q: I live in apartments, is there anything other than nails I can use to mount these to the wall?

You can use anything that you would normally use on an apartment wall

You do not have to drill any holes in the wall but you will have to screw the nails into the wall I order for it to stick.
